What software do I use to decrypt the paa files into a format I can then edit and vie versa?

Is it possible to change the config so that the hold breath button works a bit better? Right now I can't really tell whether It does anything or not. I understand that snipers take a few deep breaths to oxygenate their blood before holding their breath before a shot. It would be great if snipers and marksmen had this feature too. It could be done with a sound file. Just make the effect more noticable in general though and I'd be happy.

How to add great "immersion"?

The number one thing which will put your mission above 90% of those out in the community is radio voices added to your radio messages. Keep them plentyful too so that barely a minute goes by without someone talking over the radio or talking amongst your team. Can be a drag sorting all the sound files and writing the description etc but people will certainly appreciate it. -

Nope. @Stainer That's what I thought. I'm building a mission and I want to know what language to make the EAST guys speak in cutscenes.

No, I mean what is the national language of Sahrani and what is the language all the people there speak. If it is indeed English, why are all the towns in Spanish?

I don't see the point of wanting to play missions that are not highly polished. Surely the point of getting the community to build missions is so we can all play good missions and have other people want to make missions because they have played good ones from your contest. Granted you might not want super complex stuff but polished must be a must. -
I had a great idea. Someone could reskin the civvies with BDU trousers and a green army issue shirt. That way we can have off duty or just lazing around soldiers. Something the game has needed sice forever. How viable is it?

I'll get striaght to it. When AI drives a boat up to the shore and you tell them to disembark, they almaost always lose thier weapons. I understand the swim feature etc, but could there be a way to allow AI to disembark safely and efficiently? Also, on the AI in boats subject. I have had trouble getting AI to diembark when I am in one boat and other members of my team are in another boat. Right now I am having to order them all via F1,F2, F3 etc to disembark (this does nothing) and then order them all via the F keys to eject. After they have all come ashore I have to select them all via F keys when I want them to form up. the "`" key does not work in this case. My last problem is minor but still frustrating. Sometimes my team will go barmy after being in a built up area. When I order them to form up they will run up to 500m away and stand still. They do not respond to orders. Cheers for your time. It's called a negligent discharge. If you're dumb enough to fire accidentally perhaps you shouldn't be allowed to carry a weapon in ArmA. Be a civilian. A good way to stop yourself from doing it is to drop and to 20 pushups whenever you do it. If you do it a lot, you'll soon be ripped.

Perhaps you guys are new to mission making. Every two weeks is nowhere near enough time to create a complete mission and have it tested and released. Even a month is really on the limits. I would suggest staggering your themes so that you delcare a topic and allow two months before you vote for that particular moth's winner. Then on the second month you suggest a new topic, and so on. I know you guys would really love to see and play new missions but in the format you currently suggest, those missions will be very poor in quality and very few in numbers. -
I was in the editor and found that there is no special force medic. I know that most special forces guys are trained to be first aiders so if it's possible. please make one BIS. Thanks.

No I'm afraid not. I understand that a simple config change would make a normal SF guy a medic SF guy but it would be better if BIS did it in a patch rather than us creating an addon of one guy. You know my meaning?

Give the names of good mission makers. Little known to great. That way I can download some good missions that I havn't played before. Not mission names, mission makers.

I didn't mean it to come out like flaming. I meant that they were not as good as I expected or have come to expect by playing others. I apologise that I may have upset people.
