It's an Infantry Fighting Vehicle actually. An APC is one of those steel boxes on tracks that are quicker and safer than walking, although the difference is marginal in some cases... M1 Abrams; best tank ever? OK, considering the Challenger II has its rifled gun and Chobham armour - something the Abrams has neither of - and the Leopard has its speed and reliability, I think your arguement is slightly undermined by the presence of facts in this case.

Hi. I have recently downloaded and installed o2 Light and the Viewer. However, on installing it, as instructed, I seems to be getting error messages as soon as I press the 'FP' button within the o2 Taskbar that launches Buldozer. This only happens whenever I have Planes running in o2 with textures loaded. I have done a quick search throughout the forum and it seems that crashing issues involving o2 are a common occurance, however, my Buldozer is persistantly crashing, even when there is only one face plotted in o2. Does anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix this? Thanks. Bazeer.

Hi. I am currently have problems with a mission I am making in the editor. It's currently in it's advanced stages of development, so this hiccup couldn't have come at a worst time. My basic problem is that everytime I preview the mission in the editor, the game basically freezes and I am unable to exit it, dispite the background programs running on windows still functioning and responding to key commands. So this is definitely an integrale problem with OFP. My computer is relatively modern and has a good spec, which includes: A Pentium 4, 3.4GHz processor. 1024MB DDR RAM. 200GB hard drive. Nvidia Geforce II 64MB Graphics (current stopgap). Has anyone ever come accross this problem and found a solution, or at least the cause of it? It's driving me mad.

I am having similar problems myself. My problem occurs whenever I launch Buldozer. It loads up and then tells me that an error has occured. I am going to try re-downloading everything and then reinstalling, but has anyone got any other ideas just in case this one does not work? Thanks. Bazzer.

Hi. I have been using this pack on my copy of Flashpoint for quite a while now and I love them. So much so that going back to the original BIS models is not an option anymore. Thing is though, I recently replaced it with another pack which I kind of regret doing now because it is not as good in my opinion and I am finding playablility with them very difficult (re-coil is not to my liking ) So I hopped over to Inquisitor's homepage at http://ofp.gamezone.cz/_hosted/inquisitor/ to get another copy to reinstall it but the download like for "INQ_MOD" is not working anymore and a Google search has turned up nothing in the way of trying to find a mirror for the download. I'm pulling my hair out here because those addons were so good. My apologies if this is in the wrong area of the forum. Thanks. Bazzer.

That doesn't seem to work either...

Just a thought, but how about asking Markypea for the use of his new Stalwart addon? AFAIK these were phased out of the British Army in the 1980s and there is a fair possibility that a lot of them were sold on to thrid world states for their Armed Forces. It could be possible that if Nogova/Everon existed in real life that they could have put them to some use. What do you think?

Ever thought of colaborating with the NAFP for a united Nogava/Everon Defence force. You both have bags of talent, so imagine what could be acheived...

I am loving the Merlin Foot'. Really nice and tidy addon. The only bugs I can find with it is that the door mounted GPMG does not pivot in first person mode in the gunners position. Does the rear ramp work as well or is this to be added later? It's nothing important though, it's just I seem to remeber you saying that it should have capabilities of storing a Landie in it's hold. Another one I have just found whilst playing around with it is that when attaching UKF's Land Rover 90GS onto the whinch, it seems a bit out of place, but other than that, fantasic work. Top notch mate. Excellent work.

Thanks guys. I have just done things the old fashioned way and did a straight Copy and Paste into a new Mission. All is good. Thanks again.

This is the message I keep getting when trying to load my mission up in the editor and it will not let me preview the mission. As far as I am aware I haven't altered anything in the mission and I am only using a few addons. (Mainly P:UKF stuff and Falkland Mod Lynx) What could be causing this message to pop up and how can I solve it? Thanks. Bazzer.

Oh dear. I haven't even touched the config files. Everything has simply been SQS's and unit placement in the editor. Any of you bys got anything I can try?

Hi. Everytime I try to install OFP CWC onto my System I keep getting this message after a certain percentage during installation: "File Copy Error (CRC does not match). C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint\AddOns\G36A.PBO" I then press O.K and it says: "Setup encountered an error. Application may not work properly." Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks. Bazzer.

Hi, I was wondering if someone on here could help me out with this. Before having to reboot my P.C I managed to find a link to a version of Inquisitors Weapon Pack that replaces all of the BIS models with his own versions. I loved these weapons, but I have wracking my brain out trying to find this link for them again. Does anyone know where I will be able to find this? I know it was associated with the Y2K3 Coversion Mod, but I cannot be bothered having to wait 3 hours for it to download the whole thing just to get a few addons out of it. Thanks. Bazzer.

BUMP* Any ideas people?

Those pics of the Base look very genuine. I.e Now curved roads, etc. All in all, very impressed. I didn't think you could make a British Landscape with OFP untill now...

Yea good work boys. Keep it up!

Hi guys. Did what you said and I have them in game. I'm still having a problem though. The standard BIS units are still armed with BIS Weapons and not INQ's, dispite the pictures of the weapons in the gear selection being different. Insted, there is this other category for where the units are called "INQ Men" and the soldiers are BAS Delta's with INQ's Weapons. What have I missed? Thanks.

Not really. Zombies En'Masse will provide a formidable enemy. Say if you are in St Peirre, and the Zombies are coming from Levie. If there are say, 50 of them and they take around 5 shots to down. That would then mean that you would have to be carrying 250 rounds on estimate to get them all, plus the fact if it is at long range then you will miss a couple of times, plus the time taken to reload. Bearing in mind they don't respond to get shot at, or being winged by a bullet, and they are continually advancing and you have no where to go. Not only will you be shitting yourself, you are quickly running out of ammunition. My point being that if there are enough of them, then they would be a bloody horrible enemy to fight and if they kept on coming, you would be swamped in no time. Especially if you are on your own... I know, I need to get out more...

I'll give that a try, thanks.
