HI. Thanks to a  rathe imbarrising incident involving masses of Spyware on my P.C. (Dunno how it got on there anyway... ) I have had to rebott my P.C. This has mean't that I have had to reinstall everything, including my Copy of OFP + Resi, which goes O.K, until I try to upgrade to 1.96, or any other patch for that matter... This is the problem I am facing at the moment. The installation of CWC and Resi goes fine, and then I download the patch files to go with it. Reinstall game from original CD disc and try again. I have tried doing what it says, and re installing Resi and CWC, but I get near enough the same message everytime. I have also tried manually copying and pasting the Addons/Missions into my OFP Folder, but that doesn't seem to work either... Anyone ever had this problem and manage to overcome it? Thanks. Bazzer.

What about Vehicles and Helipcopters tho. I don't think the Irish have a full scale Air Force do they? (i.e. with this I mean no fighters, bombers etc) And I though the Irish used the MK3 Kevlar that the British use as well. Is this Isreali one the same as the British have then?

Hi. I am currently running OFP 1.96. I have recently got a new computer and have'nt tried Multiplayer on it yet, until now. But for some reason, everytime I click on the Directplay button in order to find some servers, the game lags really badly (unusual seeing as I am running 3.4GHZ Pentium and 1024MB DDR RAM) and then it returns to the desktop and the OFP icon on the bottom of the toolbar dissapears. Does anyone know what causes this and what the solution is as it is starting to get very frustrating. I have tried tinkering with Virus Protecting Firewall but that does nothing (though I have'nt tried with Windows Firewall yet). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Bazzer. P.S. My Internet connection is actually downstairs, but I am running it through a router on our downstairs PC and up to my Computer upstairs. Would this have something to do with it?

I would try entering different ports, but it doesn't give me a chance, within a few seconds of lag it clicks back onto the desktop and I have to restart Flashpoint.

Ill drink to that. BTW: How long have the DAF's been in service for? I swear we have only recently brought them in...

This is second to the Falklands mod in my books...

Is there any proof in that? I.E. Any MOD press releases?
