WIP. Emphasizing on WIP. FN SCAR-L (Oxygen sideshot: Facecount 710) FN SCAR-L (Showing off bad sidesharpening/smoothing) Taken from defense review site. The SCAR...utilizes an updated/upgraded FN FNC upper receiver...The FN FNC assault rifle and its Swedish cousin, the AK-5/CGA5 assault rifle (manufactured under license by Saab Bofors), represent a proven system that's known to be reliable under adverse conditions, from jungle, to desert, to arctic environments. This is because the FN FNC and AK5/CGA5 are based on the AK-47/AKM (Kalashnikov) operating system, which can handle dirt, mud, sand, etc., no problem. Funny thing. When browsing for resources and info on the FN SCAR I found a stunning majority of negative critizism on the aestethics. Seems it's not cool-looking enough. Â Hell when I fought foes in exercises with the AK5, that aspect had - let's say - NOT the highest priority. - - - Shrike 5.56/ARES-16 (Oxygen shot) Using INQS's M4 constr.kit and donated parts from SJB.

It's with great sorrow i'm writing this, my OFP compadres. Due to a great personal tragedy i'm gonna leave this wunderful place on the web. The SCARS are being packed and waiting on the tarmac for Air SJB to take over. I know Jackal will do wonders with 'em (and probably release it a lot sooner than yours truly would). I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you all for some great and fun years in this community. Â Blackblood

That old remark just gotta go...Heard it one too many times. England were the better team, first half. I give you that. Sweden have not been able to produce that much yet in this WC. But believe it or not; It's humans vs humans - no bots, no AI. If thing's are going bad, chances are the opposing team atleast put a reasonable amount of effort in it. Regardless of nation or ranking.

See ya soon (hopefully)!  UPDATES BELOW 1.0e (this update ONLY replaces the 3d models,config is the same as 1.0d) Fixed: Facewound textures not defined in lower LOD's. Fixed: DPM units had a desert shortsleeve sometimes showing in LOD 2 and down. Fixed: Missing rayban textures Fixed: Handgun grip too low (proxy) About the 1.085 compatability: The current version works with a little workaround: Always include a default BIS guy anywhere in the editor. Does not have to be in the same group. It takes a couple of seconds to initialize... 1.0d  Fixed: Some wound textures not defined in LOD's. Fixed: Stupid syntax error in "b4.sqs" creating an error message. (This was actually fixed in later 1.0c) Fixed: SAS DPM didn't have the SF abilites like hiding bodies, deactivating mines etc Fixed: Some units couldn't use the 1-slot Satchels & Mines. (BLB_PUT,BLB_Satchel,BLB_Mine) Fixed: Minor graphical glitches in all beretmodels. (Skin cutting thru gogglestraps on back) Fixed: Minor graphical issue in "BLB_DWEB_W.p3d". (Shirt cutting thru flakjacket on back in some anims) Added: Some extra SAS DPM's. The BIG downside of this is that YOU CAN'T USE A CUSTOMIZED CONFIG.CPP since this script looks for specific default loadouts. But then again if you HAVE customized the config.cpp, you don't need this function anyway... I didn't want to simply use "removeallweapons" on the units since they will - for example - lose the ability to use 1-slot bombs. Personally i would use Wipmans ammocrates OR ask anyone to make a fast weaponswitch script. It's really not that hard. (Bear in mind that the Wipman exchange variable/logic is very dependent on Wipman not changing his classnames. ...and you need to have his addon in your addonfolder for this to work.... ...and No, Wipman's M4 addon is NOT required if you don't use the above Gamelogic. Some of the logics/variables have contradictive commands. No harm if you accidentally use 'em tho. If you have JAM3 and P:UKF's weapons installed, ignore the error message. They are MP compatible. BUT: Â I didn't have access to a MP testing environment when making the troops. I know for a fact the random shit is VERY random. Â . EG. If local player "Bush" gets long sleeves, global player "Bush" could very well end up with shortsleeves. Â Rest assure P:UKF will provide you with an easy (intelligent) fix if they find the time or interest. Ey, nudge... Â

Yup. This got me wishing for a more dynamic way of using animations tailored for different weps, for example two-handed stance with a pistol slot weapon.
