Everytime I try to log onto any server it takes way longer than usual to do so...about 2 minutes on a T1 when 6 ppl are on and about 10 min logging on to Stoner's T3 when it is full. I have a 56k but I doubt that is the problem since someone who lives 2 km from me using the same ISP, 56k as well, doesn't have this problem...Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks for any help...
