Allright, i know you're going to think i'm a warez monkey, i would think so too probally reading a stranger posting something like this. But anyway, here goes nothing... I lost my resistance manuall and thus my CD-key, i can prove i have the original CD though, and i would be even willing to post it and send it somewhere as proof, now i'm wondering, is there a possibility of me getting a CD-key since i lost my manuall ? Or is there no possible way and am i forced to buy another copy for just the CD-key... ?

Wow nice......i like it much more than RTS 2, the VTOL option for planes is a very nice touch too, i was kinda confused in the beginning on how it worked but i figured it out . I especially love the HALO jump that you added to the plane, i just dont know when it pops out, do i need to go above a certain alltitude for it to be do-able ? Anyway the free fall is pretty cool P.S. I think the house barriers are a bit.....out of place....i think walls or those X shaped barricades are good enough as barricades...

wow 200 MB ? argh.....a bit too big for my taste. P.S. none of your screenshots work at your website, i went to features and opgwc models but all i saw were red X's ....

Reinstall game from original CD disc and try again. Well i have reinstalled OFP now more times than i care to count, i tried everything.....i uninstalled it and reinstalled it, then i uninstalled it and installed it at the default directory, etc etc etc. Nothing seems to help, he keeps giving errors when trying to patch, somebody help me before i go nuts ! (i had different kinds of errors when it wasnt in the default directory, but this is the problem im having right now.) ********EDIT*********** I tried again, but this time i pressed "ignore" when he gave the error and he continued a bit and then i got this result: Verifying Operation Flashpoint, version 1.75... Well i tried installing the 1.85 patch but i got a 0.pbo error....no problem, ill just uninstall and reinstall it and it should be fine right ? wrong. Like i said, i did a complete wipe and clean install ( original OFP + resistance, nothing else.) and then tried to patch. this time it didn't give me an error at 0.pbo in the beginning like before but after like 5 mins of patching ( took quite some time ! it gave these errors (i took these out of my patch.log ) File D:\Games\OperationFlashpoint\RES\CAMPAIGNS\RESISTANCE.PBO.tmp: bad checksum: 129688906 (expected=129688683) File D:\Games\OperationFlashpoint\RES\CAMPAIGNS\RESISTANCE.PBO.tmp: bad checksum: 129688906 (expected=129688683) File D:\Games\OperationFlashpoint\RES\CAMPAIGNS\RESISTANCE.PBO.tmp: bad checksum: 129688906 (expected=129688683) D:\ is my second drive, could this error be because i didn't install it in the default drive ? I haven't tried installing it on my primary drive as it is quite full and don't want to start deleting on my C:\ drive.

Well actually if you have played resistance you can see it's done by BIS on the mission after you liberated mordrav(?). You send one tank to an area and 3 other tanks follow that one and the one youre commanding is in command of the other 3.

But it uses the Unreal Warfare Engine and is a realistic warsim like opf except that it doesnt use vehicles ( i think ). What do you guys think of this ? it looks quite interresting to me, and since it's free anyway i'll be giving it a shot when it comes out.

Wardog , since you were able to play it and you havent downloaded any mods you didnt need them, or you would have been booted out when the host started that map. The map you are talking about now has to be in your MPmission folder, since you downloaded it from the host once you joined the server and played that map. So can you look it up for me and send it to me , pretty please ?

wardog could you please send me that map over icq to me ? icq: 71561502 And if you don't have icq you could try my Hotmail adress if the map isnt too large since my hotmail isnt that large and half full of spam mail so i dont know if he woudl receive it if the mission is too large. But if you dont have icq try it anyway at: [email protected] I really wanted to play a map like that over the internet, i do have dune 2 conversion mission but thats only single player.

Oh nevermind, problem solved. I didn't see the OPFMPtest.exe in the main directory.

Operation Flashpoint patch 1.55 has been applied successfully. Thats what it said when i extracted opfmptest and ran it with the CD in my drive. As you can see it said it has been applied succesfully but when i start OPF it shows 1.46 on the main menu. How do i enable 1.55 ?
