sounds like he was using a script that ran the skiptime command evey minute or two. I'll see what i can do about writing one myself and report back (unless someone else wants to do that for me ) -
Is there any way to make a car "lose control" and drive itself when the player is in the drivers seat? (There is a nice big cliff in Malden with my jeep's name on it) Thanks in advance

Is there any way to make the AI just drive straght to the waypoint, without them trying to avoid obstacles, say a cliff and some trees ?

I set a trigger that disableai "move"'s the jeep i want to drive off the cliff, but it doesn't roll to a stop, it hits the brakes instead .

I had tried that already, it just stops the AI from moving and i need it to start somehow

In my soldiers init field I use the removemagazine command to get rid of all handgrenades and clips he has, add the LAW and ammo with addweapon and addmagazine, but it refuses to give me ammo. I have a LAW launcher with no ammo and cannot fix it. Am I stupid? Is the answer obvious?

Why do empty vehicles you place always float a foot off the ground (i think the tractor is the worst). Is there any way to prevent this from happening? It looks really dumb!

As an alternitive you could just place a move waypoint beside the chopper, and in the activation field put dude moveincargo chopper where dude is the name of the unit and chopper is the name of the helecopter. This way he has no choice in the matter

This probably isn't much help, but I was screwing around being a helecopter pilot with the helecopter full and I bailed. After I floated to the ground with my handy parachute, I realized I didn't hear the chopper hit the ground. I found it in a group of trees unharmed, with no sign of the squad that was inside. It was still flyable. I think it might have slowed down when it hit the trees,like if you drive a jeep through the side of a tree your speed decreses a lot. Tried to recreate this landing but i couldn't

Overall the manual is very well done. I noticed lots of spelling mistakes and sentances that made no sense. Also, the screenshots of the windows were too dark and hard to read. Keep up the good work!

How can i save a file as file.sqs? It always is saves it as file.sqs.txt and i can't change it. I have tried using Microsoft Word, WordPad and Notepad and none of them work. Thanx for the help
