I just had the same problem - ran the patcher, it reported it patched successfully, but then got missing bas_opfor message and missions refused to load. Any hints please - I don't know how to de-pbo or anything - should I delete my @Tonal folder and start again? smith

Managed after plenty of tries to get a mirror link to work. Haven't played the mod yet, but my hat is off to BAS for providing such an amazing piece of work to the community for free! Thanks BAS! smith

Hi Has anyone got a working link to the original flashpoint SP demo please? I loaded the updated SP demo (cold war crisis) on my nephew's computer, but he's having trouble getting the Avon demo missions to work on it - he can get the missions to start etc, but can't use any 'special' weapons (ie Dragunov, MP5 etc). Renamed the missions from ABEL to DEMO etc without luck. So I'd like to load the old demo up for him but can't find it! Any help appreciated. smith

My registered copy works fine on my home LAN without Fade, allowing me to play with my son. Start Flashpoint to menu screen on PC 1, take out CD, fire up game on PC 2 and game works fine. Make sure internet connection sharing is off. If my son is good, I'll buy him his own copy (don't want his grubby hands on my CD).

Hey Cumboy I like all your missions so far, especially the flying ones. I've got 2 ideas for you: 1. I haven't noticed any Russian-based helicopter missions. I think a Russian chopper mission would be a nice change, perhaps something with several choppers inserting troops/providing support during a reasonably-sized infantry assault on a village say. Could have some arty falling, jets doing strafing runs maybe. 2. Assault helicopter attack on a FARP, like in Comanche-Havoc. Low level approach and shoot up a farp. Have to identify and knock out air defences and then destroy aircraft, vehicles, tents etc on the ground. Need to select the site carefully to allow for choppers to hide/pop up etc. Challenge is picking approach route, flying low to keep out of air defences, then manoeuvre to make attacks/lock on missiles etc. Cheers Smith
