I agree with ASE... but who needs a CHAT in a game search program? FIRST off find a GREAT server and be loyal to it. The rewards for doing so is much better than being a GS or ASE whore. Avid OFPers actually hate people that pop in and out because of Gamespy... truth. Want an awesome server just 209.240.0.151 port 2234 or visit our website. We get a full load every evening. Those that come around and hang around will be in the games with priority. Loyalty to servers with avid admins is the key to a very fun gaming experience!

Well there are several ways to solve these issues: Issue with people not responding during game setup: 1) Vote kick allowed at setup screens 2) A Server side setting for timeouts 3) Have the game continue and just plop the person in the next available spot... whether they like it or not. Issue with joining a game in progress: 1) Allow people that come in to fill slots that were taken by AI when the map began. 2) Allow them to ante up for the next mission so they are sure to get a spot... based on who entered first and so forth. 3) Allow those in the mission ONLY to vote for a restart... not those in the lobby. If you guys want a FAST server check out the one hosted by FragHaus. Serious... these servers run on Redundant OC3 connections. Nothing faster out there... people from Europe get pings under 150! Cable and DSL in the states under 50. OFP Server IP = 209.240.0.151 port 2234

Ok... does anyone know how to set the time length on Missions? They are way too short by default...
