this US soldier addon will also come in woodland camo too right? I hate the ACU camo for OFP. So I wont be using until they come in woodland pattern. -
I think AA screenshots are a huge improvement from the shity graphics of OFP. Even if those screenshots are 2 months old, they still look great. Playability is way more important than how something looks. if your unhappy with the way it looks, why dont you create your own AA models (and textures) and see if you can do any better.

That said, do take your time, let this be the big one I do agree with you ch, it should be released before armed assault comes out. But I dont see why people are saying "take your time" when thunderbird has already announced that the patch is done and hes only waiting for RHS mi24 ....

I totally agree with this request. Ovbiously all Russian soldiers will not carry a helmet camoflague, and in all probability, most Russian soldiers do not have helmet camo. I still think the flora camo should be used, but all the soldiers should have the OD colored helmet without any camo.

if OFP elite sounds are allowed to be shared for regular OFP, then we should also beable to use OFP elite addons, like the soldiers, weapons, etc. Thats what I would really like to see for OFP. Anyone think this is possible? I myself have all of the OFP elite addons, but I cant seem to get them to work in regular OFP. Does anyone else know how to do it?

I also have this problem with some of my models, if I use them for unit replacement, certain models will appear to be either in the ground, or floating in the air. so post a solution here, if you find what the problem is.

I dont know if anyone has asked this yet, they probably have, but could you make the stargate large enough to fit tanks and helicopters in it? That would add more possibilities for missions and such.

Hey guys, I made my own unit replacement mod and when I first tried playing with it online my game repeatedly kept crashing after 10 minutes or so. After many months of trying to fix this, I came to an unexpected solution, my crashing stopped when I used the default BIS weapon models instead of INQ, LSR, etc weapons. Everything else in the mod is replaced, helicopters, tanks, men, etc, but the only thing I cant replace is weapon models, because they cause my game to crash. Is there anyway I can fix this so weapon models wont cause a game to crash? Or does anyone know why only weapon models are causing my game to crash?

right ..... Â Â I have to disagree there. no disrespect intended TB. Â I love ur mod, but I cant see how it is any better than Armed Assault. Lets just say ... it have similar quality to AA. Â

yes they are a nice addon, but after seeing some of lasers, DLEM's, and DMA's work, HYK seems to lack the quality these other addons have. Â Parts of HYK units detail are a bit out of place and some parts are inaccurate.

DLEM, could you also make woodland US regular infantry? The HKY ones are a bit outdated, compared to today's addons.

also, when I tried to use the p3d ingame, the game would not recognise it, and it just said "error loading us_soldier.p3d (Magic)"

Hey guys, Im having a problem with converting an ODOL BIS p3d from data3d.pbo into MLOD. Â When I try to open up the p3d in ODOL explorer it says "Error reading vertexinfo" then it says "Access Violation at address 00403067 in module 'ODOL_explorer.exe.' Read of Address 00000000." If I look at the file in a hex viewer it appears to use a new version of binarise for ODOL encoding, which this program cannot detect. Would someone be willing to look at this p3d file and see if they are able to convert it to MLOD? If anyone will do this, please give me your email and ill send it to you.

no, I can replace everything, soldiers, helicopters, tanks, etc, but the only thing i cannot replace is the weapon models, and i dont get CTD. Â My game does not crash if I use BIS weapon models, but if I replace weapon models it does crash.

but I would perfer to use my own mod, and try to figure out a way to successfully replace the bis weapon models without any crashing problems. Just to make things clear, my unit replacement mod runs fine in multiplayer without replacing weapon models, I am just wondering if something can be edited to allow those to be replaced.

ok, I see what you mean. Yes, I think the M1A2 addon should be balanced with the T80 pack, that sounds very good.

I would like a T80 pack update too. But dont make an American tank addon compatible with a Russian addon. What if the users of your T80 addon doesnt want it compatible with other addons? Dont force the user to download unwanted addons just to use yours.

Hey, Im using Franze's ah64 to replace the original BIS one, but there is one issue in multiplayer I would like to fix. Whenever the helicopter respawns, the wheels will be in the ground, and the body of the ah64 will appear to be touching the ground. 10 seconds after it respawns, the helicopter is standing on its wheels normally, but then this issue happens. and if I fly the helicopter, then land it, it says on its wheels as it normally should. Just this issue when it first respawns on the ground. I know something has to be changed with the model. Any ideas what that might be? I dont believe its a server issue, because I use many other addons to replace the other helicopters, and this has never happened before.

sef_misc is a separate download, its not included with the addon itself.

hey Franze, what you posted above does work, except one thing. Â As I made this change, the helicopter does spawn with its wheels not underground as much, but after I land, the wheels will appear to not be touching the ground and they will be 0.5 value away from the ground. Â How could this be fixed? before, the wheels were completely touching the ground after I landed, but now they have the change I said above.
