Good god, CSLA gets better everyday, it is the only mod that has passed the test of time on my computer, my gold standard. I've had all the mods on my computer at one point or another, but they are all gone, CSLA lives on! Can't wait for Update 1!!!

The island is coming along, I hope to finish it during the spring break in about two weeks. The hills and mountain ranges have not been finished yet. Lots of trees and stuff to be added. one of the smaller islands is being turned into sort of a resort.
OH yeah, pictures 37 and 38 show the "presidential compound" of governor's residence etc.

I've been trying to work aggresively with this island, I've really started to populate the main city with vegetation, parks, a lake, a university, and a presidential compound. I've also completed the civilian airport, and the two main military airports. I am finishing up the naval base and starting work on the civilian port. I have also begun implementing AEF Train, so far it goes thru part of the main city to the main islands military airport, plus to the civilian airport and soon to the port.
Also, I am going to be asking the OFP community to name this island along with the city, and the military installations. I suck at the naming game so the island will NOT be known as Bravo Land but what you, the community decide. I will try and post updated pictures later tonight.

Very sad indeed. Sunday night I was with my friend Michelle and I was telling her about how Where the Buffalo Roam is so much better then Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, and I came home to read the news.

When I try to load the mission it locks up my computer I really was looking forward to test this out. I have a P4 2.6 GhZ, Radeon 9800Pro, WinXP Pro, 1GiG of RAM.

@Footmunch: those fuel tanks are tiny man! HAHA The real 600 gal fuel tanks that the F-15C and E carry are huge! That's my only gripe Other then that love your work.

I checked the readme, but I don't see anywhere about how to make these lights to work on a custom island, other then Mapfact Nogova.thats probably because only mapfact nogova has the runway lights and other custom maps dont have them  maybe just maybe it could be that way ? Â
i love the new nogova looks exelent already got some ideas for a small campaign (to bad i dont have any exp. in creating a camp   )
Check MAP_Noe_O.pbo, you'll notice there are two runway lights in there

How do I get the runway lights that come in MAP_NOE_O.PBO to work on my island? I placed them on my island but they don't light up at night like the other Mapfact lights, such as those that come in baracken 1.5. I've placed them on my island using WrpTool. Thanks

Tricolor should be completely gone by now. AFAIK all UH-1N's (in general USMC service) are gunship-grey. There could indeed be some black versions ect, but I don't know about one.
Yeah, there should be no more tri-color. Everything went grey

Well I have been working on this island more, and well the main city is almost complete, added a hospital with a landing pad, I've relocated the cemetary, have added a couple of movie theaters, a large university w/admin buildings, large and medium sized dorms, and classrooms, I've also added a "presidential" compound w/heli pad, and some police stations. The work progresses. Oh, I've added a small industrial zone on the southwest corner of the city. I intend to add a power plant, an oil refinery, a civilian port, a naval base with sub pens using RKSL's temp hangers, a civilian airport, and some small villages are still left on this island. Oh, and adding lights. The two large military bases are complete.

Hi, to me it don't look so closer to the real UH1-N, those green glasses are not present, the front window it' s to tall and the angle isn't the same angle; maybe because the nose it's too short... the tail don't have the same union point with the body as in the real UH1-N, and the door windows are placed too high. It's the best UH1-N that we've; that's a fact. But it's also a fact, that's the only one that we've.Months ago, in the USMC Mod page they had some in game screenshots of the E&S USMC units boarding a CH46-E Sea Knight & a UH1-N while a UH1-N Rescue was landing closer to the UH1-N in the 2 grey tones camo scheme adopted by the USN and USMC aircrafts from the 91' or the 93' (im not sure on this); that grey CH46-E and UH1-N wasn't unfinished, i think that they were been made by NXZShadows, but i can't remember rightnow. They looked great to me, and then... Shadows went to the CBT team & the USMC Mod died once more; so... as the CBT team it's focused on the U.S. army... the resoult, it's that we've lost not only the most promising CH-46E Sea Knight and UH1-N Twin Huey that we could have had... we loose too the chance of have the great AH1-W Super Cobra that  Shadows was working on.
My conclusion of this boring exposure of the facts is; that this moded UH1-N isn't a so closer model to the real UH1-N as it could. Im not a modeler and i couldn't even map the textures over a model, so this model look great to me and i ask for the pardon of the modeler; but this is just my fucking opinion, so sorry if i offend you man. This is what i think. Let's cu.
@Wipman - Well my opinion is that you go learn how to model and make a better UH-1N.

I just took it up for a test flight and it was great man, good job!!! You know when I saw your first screen shot I thought it was a WAH-64D. Slap a Royal Army roundel on there and wham! You'll have given us something a lot of the community has longed for, an WAH-64D to escort the Lynx, the Pumas, and the Sea Kings that have been released, and air cover for the PUKF infantry . Keep up the great work man!

Sorry, I didn't make my post clear, I was wondering if it was made by the same group. I found my answer though, VME used to be PAS which was the maker of the old Chinese PLA Packs :-)

Is there anywhere else to get Hawk's new arty system and the new Apache and -Hawks, everytime I click on a link to download it it locks up my browser.

Rolling hills. No huge Mount Everest type mountains raising out of plains, please.Trees, bushes, sidewalks, phone booths, benches, fences & walls, that kind of stuff. You need to rearrange buildings layout, so that 2 buildings of the same type are not next to each other (esp. those office buildings).
I'm going to add trees, bushes, fences, etc, I'm just laying down the buildings first ;)

Great stuff laser, gets better and better. Finally a decent Carl Gustav that is not part of a large mod (see WGL Carl Gustav). I agree, that woodland vest does look real nice on the tri color deserts.
