Yes, I am currently using the -nomap command and have all of the SFP addons in their own folder. My system specs are Pentium 4 at 2.8 GHZ, 1024mb RAM running a GeForce FX 5900XT 128mb.It may simply be I am running too many addons in conjunction with SFP, as even with mod folders and the -nomap shortcut command, there is still a limit to what OFP can take.
I am running 3-4GB of addons in about 6 mod folders (EU, USA, RUS, ASIA, CIV, OBJ) and but no CTDs. I've tried every unit, and game logic included with SFP.

Just to inform you, later this day I'll release the final patch to fix the 'white' glow from the LOD textures.I know this isn't the proper thread, but how is the tropics pack coming along???

Nice addon, but I am not sure that Aeroflot ever had any DC3s...
The Soviets did receive DC-3's as part of the Lend-Lease program during WWII. Eventually the Soviets did manufacture a version of the DC-3 designated as Li-2. Just like the Soviets operated the B-29 under the designation of Tu-4.

@Jackal - This is trivial and all, but for future readme's is it possible for you to add the name to your various incarnations of the M-249 SAW and PARA versions???

Errr Why not just make an ammo box for the guns??? Instead of all this adding script stuf 
Ya i know u got an script in there that addes some of ur guns to ammo box ect... but also u have to use an script, but to make it easy vary simple just an frigen ammo box 
It's also just a friggin script, give Jackal a break, he's busted his arse with this pack for over a year. Is it really going to kill you to just start a simple script???

Sgt Savage, is your island designed to be a capital city? If so have you thought about making sort of a presidential compound and maybe a couple of embassy compounds???

Dont count on ORCS they will not agree and especialyl not if their work is used mixed with RHS work i think.Anyway, nice soldiers but i guess the mouthwatering pics will leave soem bad aftertaste if you dont get all permissions for release.
Now i just wait for the usual people screaming "who cares about permissions i just want the addon!"
Well since shadow asked for it RELEASE THEM WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION, released them with IMPLIED permission.
HAHA Just Kidding.
Great stuff, would be awesome if you got the permission and released them. Would love to add these to my plethora of Russian/Soviet addons.

Man, after taking another gander at these pics and tweaking my island I am going to give up the efforts on the island I had been working on. This island is just too damn good looking, mine is a POS compared to it. Great work Sgt Savage.

You could Binarize them for editing purposes only, I've done that too with Kumlinge.Pardon my ignorance, but how do I do that???

Off the top of my head one of these addon packs is the finnish house pack. That is why I have not utilized it on my maps.

I've never had a crash either.
Snake Man, is the new version going to improve the the object placer? What I mean is that with some addons when trying to place the models you just get the box with question mark in it. I know the manual states to put the path of the object in the objects.ini file, but when you do that you don't see the object, nor the box with question mark in it anymore.

Yeah they update their vehicles ... but i´m not an expert in that. They use the M923 5t Truck and the LVS. The LVS looks like a HEMTT with the difference, that instead of one part it is split in two. The MK48 Fron Power Unit and the trailer in diffrent varaition.The Marine Corps is using a 7-ton truck now, it's one huge mother.

Check out RHS Weapons Pack, or ORCS Weapons Pack (My apologies, they are the weapons used with Laser's Russian soldiers) and RPG pack, Spetznaz Mod also has a great weapons pack under development.
