When I published PBO Decryptor 1.3 i was scared that it could make multiplayer dirty with possiblity of cheating. That's why I removed this from later versions. In other way I have fully functional utility for conversion of BIN files into CPP - but officialy I'm not supporting cheating and it's only for my personal use - some peoples asked me for config.cpp from OFP-CW,RES or config from O.pbo - they have them. But it's only for mod and addon usage.
