I have been playing first person shooters for years and OFP is the best by far . the best thing about it is I get killed nearly everytime I sit down for a session. This game is no pushover, It forces you to think and think quickly. To all the knockers if you can make a better game Do It and we will all switch To It.

Hello all I have read a review of OFP that lamented the lack of bridges in the game. it stated that the lack of rivers on the island was caused by the lack of computing power. Question Why do you need a river to have a bridge? why not just create a few canyons straddled by a bridge. Or create a map with multiple islands close together with bridges connecting them. Or create Nordic type fiords(sorry about the spelling) There is one sea inlet on one of the existing islands(I cannot remember its name of the top of my head which looks like a mini fiord so it must be possable. On one of the small islands of the cost of the island there is a jetty going out into the sea. whats the differance between a jetty and a bridge in programing terms? Hope to hear your thoughts

Please refer to the letter posted on March the 4th titled "Fixed dynamic range 1.42" posted in the forun. There are no bridges created becouse there are no rivers in OFP becouse of the lack of computing power in todays technology.

I don't Know where people have got the impression that pot is less damaging than tobaco, most tobaco is inhaled through a filter (this does no reduce the harm very much) but I have never seen a pot smoker using any form of filtration. A bong only cools the smoke. The other thing that I have noticed with long term pot smokers (guys in their 30's) is that they are slow, slow to think, slow to answer, they seem to have been dumbed down. they may all have been dumb to start with but I think not.

Hello all you blood thirsty psyco's I am doing a Red Hammer mission where you liberate a supply base and drive a repair truck to a town and repair a T72. I am now trying to get my revenge against a group of M60's. Problem is They see me before I can see them (the lovely mist ) and I get wasted before I can wast them. I have tried returning back to the repair truck again to repair the battle damage to my tank but unfortunatly there is no medic tent to repair me and the driver. I have tried to explore the Island for a medic tent but cannot move outside the mission area Please can any to notch tank man give me a few tips

I am trying to take angelina to montiac in the red hammer mission. we have been ambushed and I have secured the civilian truck and driven it next to angelina,s truck. she gets out and the S--T just stands there. Question: How do I get the F--KHole into the civilian truck?
