im on a Intel Pentium 4 1.9 Gig GeForce 2 MX 400 64mb 256mb SDRAM and for ofp to run smooth and fast everything has to be really low graphics what im trying to figure out is if it it a problem with my PC or if i will just have to accept it

In the first mission i took my bike to the office but when i had to leave town i got in a car and ran over as many russians as i could before running away hoping i would get some kills for it and start my campaing against the russians a mission or 2 early hehe this is my second time around at the campaign first time i took the bus

Scripting command changes in resistance?

yay... and weapons command returns the players current weapon well i did this Hint format ["%1",weapons player] and i got AK74 CZ or AK47 CZ forgot what is what but anyway point is it works no more respawning with no ammo or anything! respawning with weapons you died with -
I have noticed when doing stuff in the editor there is some commands that arent in the reference you released such as AddWeaponPool and addMagazinePool Will there be a updated command reference with all the new cooly commands you added ? Im guessing there are cooly commands like to see what weapon your player has... ?

is it possible to write a brefing for a specific squad ? like a brefing for alpha and a brefing for Bravo ? or is it only for different sides ?

If you had searched the forum you would of found a topic i posted yesterday about this and i found halfing the amount of ram i have in the preferences screen from 256 to 128 mb thats about half or something and updating my graphics card driver has helped this problem.

Well Setting Pagefile to 1gb space Getting Crucial Updates from windows Site and latest graphics card driver and also turning my max ram in preferences down to 128mb seems to of helped a substantial amount. in the frame rate area so the graphics arent perfect... but you dont notice it too much when playing and i used to play on a laptop with 128mb ram and 4mb graphics card so i should count myself lucky... im going to update my sound drivers and see about anyother things i can update to help and when i get some cash invest in more RAM... But untill then thanks a lot guys... Hope to put a bullet in you sometime soon.

First off this is my system.... P4 1.8 Gig Processor GeForce 2 MX400 64mb Graphics Card 256mb Ram Windows XP Operating System Now in the game it seems to run ok on most parts...but on occastion it freezes for a few seconds and the sound repeats the same few seconds too over and over untill it un-freezes same happens when im leaving and enterling from game screens and menus and toaday i timed it and it took 5 minutes to shut down after i clicked exit...had just finished campaign changing the graphics settings dosent seem to help that much... but im not sure I am hoping it is a sound releated problem so i can keep my graphics high When i do autodetect everything in textures is max apart friom special effects is at 64x64 and auto drop down is at 4 my CPU benchmark is 3685 Changing any graphics settings in the game freezes it up sometimes too so im wondering how can I Speed it up on the menus and such and loading games... and stop it freezing can anyone help ? I hope i have explained well enough

how big should i increase it too ? and will this effect my system in any bad way ? or can it only do good ? 40gb hard drive but only 6 gig used

Trying to do all that stuff now... Turing off the visual theme crap and such Trying to squeeze some performance out of this thing... It will take me years to update this thing to what it should be at lol.... It's only a few months old too.

my pagefile is at 384mb sorry for delay im updating all drivers i can find and all thecrappy microsoft critical updates but im on a 56k and it isnt healthy

The only server that we could get on with resistance just went bye bye and we were having fun too... Hehe anyway im verry pleased with it despite my graphics having to be low I love handguns and the bridge.... and the island and the campaign.... I love resistance... It was well worth my 20 Quid So whens Operation Flashpoint Civilian comming out ? ;-) Great work BIS!

Well if anyone wants to use my scripts they can i dont mind I could of easily just done it with flags and flag side and i kno it would work but i dont want to have the take flag thing to happen The Idea of this is the sector is the fountain in La Riviere so you take control of it. I think this script will work Will just wait to see what Suma or some other scripting genious says.

When running missions in MP what is the public and local ways ? well im not sure what im asking here but why do you need it ? Like in a CTF game what need's to be local and what public and how can you run a script say only on one computer ? please explain.

I guess i could just download a script and use it but then i wouldnt be learning anything. This way i know exactly what my script is doing and I learn more for the next script i create.
