    hmm, ugga has already made one.. that atleast i think rocks, of course he havn't had the best ref on the inside, so there is parts that can be improved.. but thing that remains unsolved.. how to create the best "water landing" and shit.. the float cessna is so much easier since it doesn't have any gear that the catalina has...

    sweden doesn't have any assault choppers.. we have those small anti tank chopper with a limit on max 4 tanks at a time ;)

    okey ofp is a hard core military sim.. but with more stuff like this i would love to have a stars wars battle.. but keep it to the "military".. no of those disney stuff that sneaked into the latest movie... stuff from esp 4,5,6 == good.. ;) haven't downloaded yet, gonna wait until i find some more stuff.. thinking about cat's afghan island could be good..

    nice to see it is done... and for some reason sole's bin has started to work again.. but it was one day of terror from sole with all his "bin.this.plz.zip" ;) and the part "now it's done we can go on to enjoy other 'normal people' things such as socialising and sleeping normal hours" we all know is just bullshit, don't we ;)

    say what? you wanna even try to invade sweden, come one... some old assault weapons, a jeep and a chopper.. hkp9 (chopper9, armed with 4 tow missiles) will take care of the jeep without you even have a chance.. and our Lvkv90 (anti air cannon vehicle 90) can handle the chopper.. so just bring it ;)

  8. i say outside textures and inside would really rock, and released with a "do what you want".. so all desert gulf war mission could use it, just made desert outside textures.. someone could make UN, fdf mod maybe would try get some script.. atleast some would try, and maybe one would do it good.. but just the p3d i don't belive will make so much..

    biggest work would be the runway textures.. but i would really want (if i could wish) the desert to be removed.. so many times i hated the desert.. better use a desert island for desert mission then nogova

    this is why BIS is so damn good.. they support their game, and they respect the commuinty and so on.. if it was a electronic arts game i guess they would take the person to the court or something..

    o2 and texview is fast but textures gets grain effect and stuff, so it is a good idea to use paatool to convert your textures to get it look more like the orginal.

    you sure the hit lod is correct? like you do a new anim for your gun but doesn't update the hitlod so you can still kill the gunner but he's "hitpoints" is somewhere else.. if you understand what i mean.
  15. that what takano has been speaking about, problem was that there is no driver in external view (when turned in), but last night i founded out how to bypass that, and make it turn out all the time.. so now he just have to come online and i will send him it, and we can hope he think it will work and release it..

    hmm, people.. kegetys is just a kid like me or like 90 % of this community, male, around 20 and without girlfriend.. what make kegetys special in this community is that he is more then a averge freak, but you people that says he is "king" and such.. hmm, well for me i already have a king and he was born king even if he is silly and not so smart as kegetys (swedish king) about this thing i say the hisky was a bigger thing then this water, simpel because if you take screenshots with old sky, and with some new sky it feels so fresh, the worlds looks more real.. the water does not affect so much since 99% of everything is based in forest were you don't see the water still very good work, and it very impressive to get this thing ingame, working, great skills you can say but for me the gameplay value seems lower then technology breakthru, if you can say like that.
  17. it has model it has very good textures tricky is how to make it work ingame.. the drive system.. make it "static" with a car class or use the tow script is the big question.
  18. i know i could edit instead of post two in a row, but this is also a small innocent bump ;) anyway. since many have checked, but few voted i thought people might not know what the brono is. so here comes a screenshot of takano's work and takano, PM me next time you get connected ( on irc) and i will send small "addon" that i think solves the driver problem..

    yep totaly agree, another reason for the time it takes is that they dont work on their addons al the time cause they(most of them anyway) have lifes no we don't.. atleast i don't have.. i am just slow
  21. me and hornet has starting the making of a hawk system, can't understand why nobody done and released one, it is ingame and i started to code.. but theni wonder, what kind of scripts, effects, functions do you want.. this is for exempel some of the stuff DKM's tunguska has, any of this we should try to include on our hawk system.. or something else? ..

    thanks, maybe if i gets some more skillz and time i will do the "static" one, not the one on the truck, but i have started working on this one: http://www.globalsecurity.org/space/systems/images/hawk54.jpg i think the name is "PE 541", atleast that is what we use in sweden and by pictures i check it looks that it was used in iraq or some other desert operation.

    update: it now depends on a radar to work, question is, what radar should i make? the two objects radar and hawk system can be max 50 meters from eachother.. is that OK? or is it must must have that it could be longer, since if i have to make that i need to use something else then nearestobject and things starts to get more complicated ;) should it have just 3 missiles and then a very long reload time.. or make so you have to go there with their missiles with a carry vehicle? and a small picture, model and textures still doesn't look good even if Miles Teg says so ;) in the background you see a radar (a square with shilka texture and a flat face with a radar thing).. this was made just for function control, and coding, will of course be replaced.     what do you think got us started ;) and that was the strange part, there is a good tutorial about a hawk and everything but none has released any as far as i know.. thanks for the tutorial, was a good base to stand on.
