More pics i recently got done with the front and back of the side and changed the wheel texture thanks to wipman. @Sgt. Stryker You know thats not a half bad idea like have a "HMMWV(PATROL)" version with dirt on it and maybe even some back packs hangin on it :-O or barbwire spool on the hood so many things i would love to have but i'm not exactly a modeler or atleast i suck very badly at it, i am a texturer and thats about it :-\ anyways good idea. -BlackDeath

I darkened the textures by 36% this is the outcome it looks fairly close to marfy's 5t truck in its alpha stage which it is in i havent begun the weathering sides or wheels yet just to state that again. Anyone with any suggestions please post Picture of the bis hmmwv and 5t with my hmmwv and marfy's 5t (Note: None of marfys textures have been used, just so i dont get all those marfys been robbed posts ) Sincerely, -BlackDeath

Yeah i am thinking the same thing but it is the actual metal color on our hmmwv's here at wh ford RTC although i think i am gonna darken them in the end just so that it looks better in game -BlackDeath

Would be nice if not super if the new farm objects pack was used and the mapfact barracks etc radio building etc was used would add alot more detail to the game -BlackDeath

I have about 17 videos of Strykers being driven on and off c130's with tires inflated :-\. The c-130 is supposed to be so the AF sais the main transport for the stryker.

Get the error on this picture everytime i try to start ofp for some reason now. I have the latest drivers for my card and all any clue what it is? This is my run line for ofp. Kinda interesting I am doing a similar thing by replacing all west vehicles jeep jeep m2 with hummer m2 etc blah blah but just in the campaign so users dont have to keep using mods but i can also use more and different units in the campaign that i can by just making a new config I think you guys will like it though :-). btw the 1985 is hte first campaign that will be converted to 2003 terms. -BlackDeath

Any chance of seeing some modern us trucks in this pack like for instance the FMTV and MTV series which have been in service since 1996 and are still being made today? -BlackDeath

I decided I kinda wanted a woodland 5t pack so i made it in about 10 min ofcourse some editing is needed for the repair trucks tool box but other than that it looks quite good :-D If anyone wants this let me know i am gonna ask jonno or abuu for permission to use it next time i see him on my msn. Heres a pic. I would like to edit the texture with permission from marfy and take out the star and add a custom numbering system to it like on the rhs tanks etc or something or another. -BlackDeath

GREAT WORK WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THESE. Now to a better point any chance of getting some FMTV Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/land/m1083.htm which has been in the army's service since 1996 and are widely used everywheres now because they are more reliable than the current 5t truck. Would be really nice to see some of these :-) They look alot like that BW mod truck pack that was released a while back. Actually they look like it shame the textures arent changed and used for us camo. be nice to have some modern trucks and support vehicles Theres alot of FMTV's and MTV's wish we had some for ofp they truly are the modern army trucks and are going ot have like 80,000 in inventories before its over with. http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/land/ <-- all of them listed there anyone wanna take up and make em i could help with the textures if needed :-) -BlackDeath

according to my earlier post about the a4/a3 m16. Army Magazines (a unofficial army magazine) inventory list for the army has the m16a4 as the armys weapon and the a3 as navy/airforce which i do beleive it right i thought it was someone messed up in the official army magazine and hit 3 instead of 4 i guess. QUite interesting I am in the army nation guard and i was looking the soldiers magazine in the january 2004 edition named 'Soldiers Almanac' which lists all of the weapons (ships,weapons,vehicles, etc) currently fielded by the army. It has this sextion of the m-16 Rifle. >M-16 Rifle Type: Assault Rifle Entered Army Service:1964 Variants:M-16a1/A2/A3 Specifications: Caliber:5.56mm Weight:7.5lbs Range:800m Rate of fire: Variable, depending on rate selected. So since Soldiers magazine is the official US Army Magazine I would say they dont use the m16a4 but rather the m16a3 which i have seen a few of. But at the same time alot of the guys in my units have just added rail systems to their m16a2 so they kinda look like m16a4's and could easily be mistaken for it. Just wanted to post this as i hear everyone saying a4 a4 but i am pretty sure the a4 is only navy/marine/ soon to be airforce. If anyone has anything that can prove the Armys Official magazine wrong and their inventory lists please do post i would like to see what the truth really is.
