Hi, I'm going to extract some good addons for study, unfortunately, some addons can't be unpacked even using tools (e.g. PBO decryptor, PBOTool, etc). Is there any available tool which can unpack those locked addons?

Hi all, I noted that the explosion effect on ECP mod is very cool, e.g. escaped crew with fire, big pit on ground, etc. I am trying to take out this effect from ECP mod and apply for other mods. The explosion script should come from the one called ECP_Effects.pbo, I opened this addon and found there is an explosion file, but there are too many scripts on it, I don't know how to do? Can any guy advise if any possible to take out the script? What should I do? Thanks!
