Just to clarify the problem, I only reinstalled OFP because the Kegetys addon wouldnt run. After installing, OFP wouldnt run. Independently of the addon... Things have moved on a little now. I reinstalled OFP and RES without patching and I now have a menu screen. But, I get no splash screen and no menu text. I only see the ground and a green sky.... Weeeeeird.

HI all, I have just attempted to reinstall FP and Res because I couldnt get the Kegetys gfx update to work. I now find that when I start teh game I get an all black screen with what looks like czeckoslovakian text on it, at all angles. It's hard to explain, but suffice to say, I CANT PLAY!..! I tried installing RES as well and patching to 1.96, but then I see the main menu, but the graphics are all weird again. They look to be 8 bit in a kind of 3d star shape all pointing towards me. (Man, this is tough to explain.) I have a PIV 3.06 with an Asus 9800XT with the 4.7 Cat drivers. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks Nathanz! Thats the ticket. Deleted a whole LOAD of old addons and viola. Works a treat. Now, where's my BAS Pavehawk

Hi there , Yeah. I had a look about in the forums for any traces of the word invisible. There was mention of it in the 1.96 troubleshooting thread, but it didnt sound a whole lot like my issue. Also someone mentioned trying changing the refresh rate on my Radeon. Also, I had the FDF mod installed, and when I was running that, I didnt see the problem. Weird. Ill post back if I come across anything, but any other suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Hi, I have a problem where I cannot see any units in the game, Including myself. Cant see my gun or anything from the 3rd person perstective. If I add units through the editor, they are there, because I can hear bullets pinging off them, but I cant see them... any ideas? Oh, Im running Resistance with the 196 beta patch, but it also happens without the beta patch.
