Recently I bought a new sound card and I discovered in audio options in ofp that I can now enable EAX support, it creates really nice sound effects, but the problem with EAX is that I can hear everything........... I hear when people are walking, running, breathing,................. and the worst thing about it is that I hear them all at the same time and I don't know where those sounds are comming from. I also tried lowering the level of sound effects but it's still messed up, so how should I set those settings to make it just right? I think you all know what I mean Thank you very much

My OFP doesn't start after I changed my video card, what should I do? I had Geforce3 TI500 and I changed it to GeForce4 TI 4200 AGP8x however my motherboard is AGP 4x, don't think that should be a problem. Thanks

Hi I was just wondering why when many shilkas are shooting and you're around close to them, that noise that they make lags the whole game graphic starts kinda freezing for very short moments, I think you guys know what I mean Plzzz give some comments

hmmm changing weather doesn't seem to create any fog, a command setviewdistance 10 does make some fog but not as much as I've seen in some missions.

Hi I tried to make a CTF mission using templates from \OperationFlashpoint\Templates, I tried to copy the template to my user folder \users\whatever, then i start the game and load it in the mission editor, and the only things I see on the map are makrers, it looks like that everying else is hidding somewhere beyond the map because when i click preview the game starts in the water, and so I want everying to be on the ground. Please help Thanks.

Hi I'm having trouble with "RemoveAllweapons" command, it works fine for soldiers, but when I try to use it to remove all weapons from BMP when I press preview the game just freezes, I only can do Ctrl+Alt+Del. Why it does that? Tanx.

I'm using version 1.46, and I'm not just trying to remove ammo from the BMP, I'm trying to remove the weapons (sabot, AT6, Machine Gun......) and then add new weapons using this addweapon "shell125"; this addmagazine "shell125" or heat125 so that the BMP would only have sabot of T80. You mean you can use that command to remove all weapons from BMP too? If so then what do you put in Init field?

Is there any way to disable the radio in a mission and keep it disabled untill you reach certain point on the map, or untill you meet some condition, I'm trying to make a mission where players would only be able to use the Radio after getting close to enemy base. plzz help. Thanx   Â

Recently my ofp started to freeze but that wasn't too bad and I was still able to play, but now it's like totally dead, my game's screen makes a move like every one minute. And what's really weird about it is that same thing is happening to my other 3D games such as MOHAA. U guys have any ideas on what might have caused that and how to fix it? Cuz I tried reinstalling windows, changing AGP apperture size, even tried DX 9 beta. I currently have Asus A7V motherboard based on via chipset, nvidia geforce 3 TI 500 video card, 512mb PC133 SDRAM, and amd athlon 1.4Gigs CPU. Thanx for helping.

My ofp is freezing too I have absolutely the same problem as you, I even tried changing AGP to 2x and 1x but nothing helps

My flashpoint freezes every 5 minutes, I got Asus A7V mohterboard, GeForce3 TI 500 video card with the latest driver, DX 8.1, 1.4Ghz Athlon amd, and 512MB of RAM. Freezes

OK guys thanks for trying to help, now I will assume that I have some bad hardware component, my RAM sticks used to die before and I that same thing is happening now. If you still have any suggestions I would be happy to see them. Thank you all.

It was freezing on XP too, that's why went to win 2000, I thought it will solve my problem, and by the way I got 512MB RAM and enough HD space. Thanks

Ok I reinstalled OS, I mean I went from Win XP pro to Win 2000 pro, I tried setting my AGP in system BIOS to 1x, 2x....., I tried disabling AGP fast write, I have latest VIA 4 in 1 drivers installed, I have detonator driver version 40.72 for my GeForce3 TI 500. Basically I tried everything or almost everything unless there is something that I don't know about. And yes my motherboard is based on the VIA chipset. Thanks for helping.

Noting helps It freezes on both Win Xp pro and 2000 pro.

I do not believ that it's because of overheating, I turn on my PC, start OFP and it freezes in few seconds, sometimes in few minutes, and it remains frozen for about 1 minute, then freezes again after few minutes and so on......
