how do i decrypt the single missions?

is there any place i can download a map or mission were everything is normal and there are already bases made? I would also settle for just a really big nato base that I can build from. thx

every time i extract the .pbo files to my users/name/missions i open opf and go to mission editor and click on 02infantry (ambush) it shows the malden map but with no units or mission data

is there anyway I can access the official missions in mission editor? (newbie)
