yeah but after unzipping the file there are 2 other folders apart from the patch exe. i read on this site that u have to manually move a couple of files into the addons folder to get the QG updates to work

so hoe do i properly install this patch to work with QG? most game patches are automatic but with this one it appears other folder come with the patch. where do they go?

with a map as big as the one we have in AA this game would be perfectly suited to larger servers of at least 64 players. biggest ive seen are 30 which makes the map very sparsely populated and hard to find action. are there ever larger servers available or is 32 players the max?

the readme says to install this mod then add on some text to the shortcut but im usin one of the sound mods which already has adjusted the shortcut. would it cause any probs if i just added these two files to the core folder?

the whole eperience just doesnt seem smooth, flight seems jumpy and sometimes other players skip a few seconds. regarding gameplay it seems quite difficult to get involved, in BF2 u can instantly join a squad and if its a good squad there will be teamwork etc. i havent seen any of that so far so how do i find these private servers then?

game seems to play quite laggy in MP. ive got a pretty good system which includes a geeforce 8800 gts card which ive read this game doesnt like to much so maybe thats the problem. had a ctd and some other weird stuff hapnin like not bein able to rotate 360. big reason why i bought this game was for the added realism, and especially the longer visual distance and large map but have had quite a frustatin evening playin mainly due to the above reasons but also due to the relatively small servers. biggest ive seen so far has been 30 players which on a map as big as this game has it makes it so sparsely populated it can take up to 10 mins to find some action. i still believe there's a good game in here somewhere just havin trouble findin it so far i guess

if i use any of these mods can i still join all the servers or will it just be other people that are using the same mod?

ive tryed this mission a couple of time and each time i destroy the first vehicle that passes i instantly die! what am i doin wrong?

just got the gold edition which includes QG and got a couple of questions 1 - on the squad leader tutorial mission nobody in the squad appears to have any ammo which makes completing the tutorial impossible. am i doin somethin wrong? 2 - the game certainly does play a lot different from BF2 are there any must have mods that are played online? one thing i would say is that the sound could be better, some of the assault rifles sound like pop guns, do people use any sound mods?
