IDEA: You could put a mixed EURO force in as SIDE:Resistance thus accounting for mixed dress & Eqpt. This would allow Campaigns like Res & Res2 to be playable as a 3 way battle whilst retaining Continental forces USA or Soviet equipment similarity.
