Not really in trouble as such, but i am frequently shouting Oh no 3 is down. And also when anyone ever gets taken down by a grenade in a film, me and my brother immediatly pipe up with, I don't want see a hand grenade take out half my squad. All jolly good fun.

why the hell cant i use download accelerator? if i download it with windows i cant resume when i get kicked off after two hours!!! whats going on?!!

Ah but if my memory serves me correctly, someone from BAS said 24 hours, probably less about 16 hours ago leaving a maximum of 8 hours left. The time is coming.

Not long now, the download section has a box in it with the details of the rangers/deltas. No links yet though. BAS Downloads 16 meg, looks like they went with a .zip.

Unfortunatly i am working tomorrow any way , but i suppose you do have a point, however why not release them in zip, rar and exe? That way people could take there pick. Would it really take that much longer to release them?

Does any one else enjoy those times when you just hook up a lan and just play some quick missions you just throw together there and then, nothing complicated, like hide and seek, or defend the town. My recent example: 2 delta force guys and an ammo truck in petrovice. 4 Russian squads in trucks advancing down 1 road from Nekelov It allows us to try out new tactics and choosing the best weapons for the job, but still keeping it fun. I prefer having a m60 and just laying on a roof and waiting for the trucks to stop . My brother prefers a law to take out a couple of trucks if he is lucky. Or the crafty tactic is to get what you need from the ammo truck and drive it to where the trucks stop. Wait for them to arrive and blow the thing sky high. Great fun any one else got an examples?

I prefer zip's because i have xp and you can open them without extracting, and with size it doesn't matter for me as i download them at work so i can't play with them until i get home anyway. Some might call it abusing the system, i call it abusing the system. But as long as the boss doesn't find out who cares. P.s only 24 hours to go, shame i am in the uk so i will probably be asleep.

Can you use your own voice for your character? Like in the character setup screen? Instead of Adam and all those other voices can there be a 'Me' choice?

For example, im making a mission where a chinnok takes of with 3 squads, to infantry and one command squad. Would it not be an idea to group the officers of the infantry squads to the officer in the command squad? It would save a lot of hassel when it comes down to making same waypoints for different squads Just a thought.

Can any one tell me if the new version of his island is out so you don't have to get rid of the first everon. He said the new version would allow you to keep the original and add it as a new island. can any one help If it is out where can i find it?

In the chinook rope addon the mission says there is a script missing transport2 Can you help?

It says that the fle transport2 script is not there??? Where is it?

I had a similar problem, instead of landing my chinook overshot the waypoint and spent a while flying over the battlefield before being shot down. I looked at this thread and added a syncronization and an invisible helipad and it works a treat. Cheers for being nice and actually telling us rather than say searc the bloody forums. p.s can you get a rope to carry a tank into battle on a chinook? Because an infantary squad on its own is a bit pants.
