Why not make bans IP-based rather than Player ID-based?

For some reason it only seems to happen when I am in the vehicle when it explodes. I'm beginning to question whether the vehicle does go flying into the air or if it is just a camera oddity.

When you set off a vehicle with this thing, it goes absolutely FLYING through the sky. I set off a humvee inside a gas station - it looked like a shooting star, at least 500m into the sky.

BPA - you rock. Best sound mod out there, and I've tried 'em all.

I love the sounds, but please fix the conflict issues that were posted above and also the helicopter quietness issues also posted above. Your mod is good enough that I will continue to use it despite these issues, but please fix them soon. Thanks.

I'm getting a lot of missing sound errors when I play this mod. Even the radio won't play any songs.

I think sunglasses would be a good idea, they could be given a colorization effect (enhanced contrast), slightly darken the vision, and more importantly, eliminate the sun glare. They could go into the binocular slot, possibly.

Could someone send me an addon or even an altered weapons.pbo that gives me an M16 that fires FFAR missiles. Just for the record, this is not for multiplayer and I do NOT tolerate cheating, just like any other good member of the community. This is only for a little SP video I'm working on.

I found the exact mountain and hill you were launching off of. It would probably be more fun with a car or tractor, but BI insists on having extremely unrealistic drag on vehicles that aren't on pavement.

A global ban list is very dangerous. All it takes is quick edit and a player who someone dislikes but is innocent gets added to the ban list of a huge number of servers and will have a hell of a time clearing his name. Ban cheaters and teamkillers as they come, don't use a list full of people that you don't know.

Hello, I'm new to ArmA, just bought the game yesterday. I came here from playing the Project Reality mod from BF2, kudos to the PR development team for turning an incomplete game into a better product and winning plenty of awards in the process. While I enjoy ArmA and its superior graphics, it has disappointed me in some ways, including a poor VOIP system, little teamwork in the gameplay, etc. I'm wondering if there is a way that I can explore the island with cities full of civilians, enemies to engage, and vehicles to use on single player (for those of you who have played Mercenaries, that's the kind of gameplay I'm seeking). Is there a way to do this? If not, is there a way I can set up a mission to do this? Thanks.
