yeah i got the dummy groups ... works a treat if i host mp game .. as soon as i put it on dedi server no spawn .. shame coz they are excellent scripts ..

man... the list goes on ... more bugs .. seems everything i want to include in mission has a bug when used in mp or on dedi servers ... lol ... the world is against me .. JRMZ.. you didnt happen to note which sounds were used ?

hi .. what is the best way to get a chopper to wait untill all alive units are on board ? playable units are made up of three teams.the idea is for chopper to wait untill all are onboard before it moves to finish mission ... many thanx

foxhound.. i followed youre instructions .. however im getting an error message.. {_x in chopper} count [#] Â units playergrp == {alive_x} count unit... error units type array. expected object.. any ideas mate thanx in advance shark attack **edit got it working with following codes OurG=group (thislist select 0) in first trigger covering player group ({_x in chopper} count units ourG == {alive _x} count units ourG) and this in second trigger syncd with chopper waypoint .. -
hey .. lads whats the best way of ending a multi player mission i have three playable teams and obviously i want it to end when all the player units are killed ... i cant place a not present trigger over the map coz other non playable friendly units are involved.. i have a trigger system set up but its teribbly long winded ... not alive p1 and not alive p2 etc .. any one tell me an easier way and also i have seen not alive written many ways in brackets not (alive p1) without not alive p1 and in double brackets not(alive(p1)) which is the most reliable they all seem to work .. again forgive my ignorance ..

my opinion of arma this isnt youre run of the mill war game..! if its shoot em ups you want buy something else .. this is amazing (like its father ofp) a vast game ..top class.. but as per course with a game of this magnitude a few teething problems are to be expected .. visually stunning .. level of detail amazing (time spent as seagull i normally spend trying too follow butterflys/dragonflys) nothing what a few patches wont fix .. and bis have a history of listening  to the punters  so im happy with money spent  on this game.. and the community spirit around ofp/arma/vbs  is second to none ... top marks bis ... ( you smell shit  ? .. oh its me .. its on the end of my nose) -
i remember in ofp a script or trigger had to be used to recognize when all players were killed in order for mission to end.. and i have played one or two maps on arma when mission dosnt end when all units are dead .. i have seen the question "who is still alive?" asked many times on various servers .. and thank you mac for advice on brackets n1

think ive sussed it .. should i not go to tools  tab instead of view tab .. then the view option from tools  then tick unhide etc .... ? edit *** working thanx got there in the end ..just a little misleading

im puzzled ... if i host a game (not dedicated) do i still need to vote myself admin .. the reason i ask is im having trouble restarting mission without kicking all to the lobby i type #reassign and nothing happens ? forgive my ignorance shark attack

hi all .. happy holidays.. is it possible to guarentee thunder at the start of mission .i played with weather slider in editor but results are hit and miss.. i need a storm at begining.. also is it possible to shroud an area with fog ..         many thanx  in advance            shark attack
