This is important and the 1.05 patch did not fix it. BUMP.

A friend and I have been trying to play the ARMA 2 co-op campaign, but we cannot get past the Cowshed fight with Olegich due to the game crashing every time the game saves afterward. I can think of one exception when the game didn't crash, but can see no pattern in the times that it did crash as opposed to that. There is no error message. We've been trying on and off for months. Does anyone else have this issue? Any ideas? The campaign is essentially unplayable like this.

Bump. This is a major issue.

So I called the Helicopter for extraction in the Campaign from Star Force 21. Now we're all sitting in the chopper and I don't know how to order the pilot to leave... any suggestions?

Actually, it's more like going out with a beautiful girl that doesn't know how to function properly in a relationship and has know idea what she's doing in bed.

Very often when my game is saving (while playing the cooperative campaign), it crashes and gives me the error "cannot commit." Don't know what to do about it, just thought I'd put it out there, and see if anyone has any suggestions. It's about to force me to quit playing it's so frustrating. ---------- Post added at 10:21 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:58 PM ---------- Wow. I just tried to play some more. A couple of saves saved properly. But the person I'm playing with reports lots of odd graphical glitches and that my character is running in place a lot of the time. There is no sign of a poor connection between our computers. Then the game just crashed spontaneously with no error message this time. The cooperative campaign is literally unplayable. For a $50 game this is outrageous.

That is possibly *the* coolest bug I have ever heard of.

The setup file is ~901mb big and ~886mb packed, just like it is supposed to be.

So no one is familiar with this issue?

Everytime I download the demo and try to extract the files I get this error: " ! C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Downloads\ArmADemo103FINAL.zip: CRC failed in ArmADemo103\ArmaDemo103Setup.exe. The file is corrupt " I have tried downloading from multiple mirrors and websites and get this error ever time. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

Why couldn't it be a bug?
