    Ammunition dumps BUG alert

    does not make sense if I have to do my waypoints again after the alarm and they not??? well, you do not have to walk your waypoint route. i took that as only a suggestion. in fact you might be better off lying in wait somewhere. does not make sense.. BIS does not layout the waypoints for nothing. anyway, it's still strange that US/Sehrani soldiers hold position after the alarm. And also do nothing when enemy is in base

    Hardware and settings for ArmA

    Intel 6600 Dual core @3Ghz ASUS P5N32E-SLI NForce 650i chipset Corsair 2 x 1Gb @ 1066Mhz BFG 8800 GTX 768MB Apple 30" playing @ 2560x1600 ArmA settings on normal distance view approx 2000 KM. plays fairly ok, not bad. framerate is going down in forrests or heavy battles but still very playable.
  4. at startpoint the US/SAHRANI Guards walk their patrol waypoints. But they stop doing this when the alarm is going off for the first time. After that they do not move anymore and stand still. anyone with the same effect?

    Saboteur how do you do it?

    you can do everything without 1 shot. There are many open fences.. I not even took out the guards protecting the tanks. BUT it's a lot of crawling.. (you can go for time skip if you want but it spoils the fun and thrilling effect..) I did not walk inside of the camp, got out crawling again and blew the tanks to pieces.. when shit hits the fan, I was already safe.
  6. regarding 'Ghost weapon'; that was me. since this is under XP i reported the issue seperately. one more thing, regarding clarity you point out Windows XP 32 bits. if this is the case then BIS has a problem; it's not mentioned on the retail sleeve as minimum or recommended specs. so BIS should support 64Bits..

  9. Txs. reinstalled XP 64Bit and made dual boot with Vista. lower resolution is not an option. however; XP 64Bit does support 2500x1600 so I can play the game. But ArmA should support Vista 2560x1600 it is a must.. Although I love the new game, (as OPF vet fan) it's quite buggy. storyline triggers sometimes do not execute, and I have ghost weapons. Quite annoying!

  11. Seems that ArmA has a Vista 2560 x1600 problem. it Crashes big time with BSOD! Error 0x000000D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL techsupport; help me out here?? just installed Arma for the first time. But it doe not start up.. it comes to 'RECEIVING' screen where you see the chooper but that it! believe it or not, but I just bought this full new pc because of ArmA..     ArmA supports 2500x1600 & quad SLi?

    I suppose this certainly don't need it's own thread? Do you know an other way to get the answer to my question? Parently not otherwise you would have give me a clue. I want to know whats the highest resolution I can play ArmA specially when Im building a high end machine for it. So not a strange question..
  15. Im buidling new rig, arround my Apple Cinema 30 inch. Believe it or not for ArmA. Quad SLi is now moving forward bringing stunning results in uber-uber high resolutions. Question; will ArmA support 2500x1600 & quad SLi?
