Around where I live, you can't return one if you break the seal, unless the cd is damaged.<span id='postcolor'> The store is EB in Auckland, New Zealand. They have a 7 day return policy. They have a no questions asked return policy..pretty damn cool. I often buy games which have been majorly hyped up but are totally crap. Its quite good that I can return them after a week.

The first time I got OFP (when it was released), I installed it on my machine and began playing it with great enthusiasm. The first few minutes were sweet coz I had to do bugger all. But as soon as the action started, I lasted no more than 2 minutes. I tried several times and got really frustrated coz the AI were really well camoflaged and bloody good. I returned the game and got my money back. A few months later, I bought the game again and this time stuck with it. Its definetly worth every cent I spent. Often Im lying in the forrest almost shitting myself wondering where the next batch of baddies are gonna come from. I am still kicking myself for not sticking with it earlier.

File copy error (crc does not match)

The codemasters fix works for my problem as well. When I download and install the 4th upgrade, it gives me an error message in the data.pbo file. I click ignore and the upgrade installs fine. I am still confused as to how the data file got corrupted on an original cd. Anyway hope the game works fine.

I get this CRC problem when I install the gold upgrade (or any upgrade for that matter) to the original game. The thing that puzzles me is that the bloody thing worked fine when I first installed the game about a 6 months ago. We havent got Resistance in New Zealand yet so I dont know if the same problem will arise. Anyway I will give the codemasters fix a go.
