For misson 3 I sniped from behind the tanks, I got rid of the guards and took out AT soldiers and crew before they got to their vehicles. I'd ordered my men in after I'd taken out the guards. I got in a T80 to and cleaned up the remaining soldiers before the rest of my squad arrived. After that we did a little scavenging and madw our way back to the base. The Russian armour that turns up isn't a problem.
For misson 4 I found it best to order the grenades in just before I reached the base. Most of the tank crews were dead before I got there just a couple of tanks and a little infantry left. I got in the BMP-2 for cleaning up as they are so cool
