I get the same thing with the english version 1.2. I have the patches and try to install them - the only that happens is the opflash logo pops up in the middle of the screen and the hard drive spins for a bit. The version number never changes and the new weapons and vehicles do not get installed.
I also can not get past training. As soon as I complete it, I get dumped back to the desktop and the game ends.
