OK, This is a funny bug many of you might have noticed but I lost for better words.Last night ofp hung up and i walked away pissed as usual butt when I came back my pc was still frozen but there was a FRICKIN snowstorm going on ( I mean there was the black screen and a blizzard in the background speakers) I'm not crazy it was really froze I guess??? OK , Once again it's me with a small prob did the download on nvidia and loaded the latest driver(dont really like it)23.11 but it has a mind if it's own sometimes its stable other times it kicks me back to desktop and I have to hit the ofp icon at the bottom and then the game will start,this pc is only a few months old and i did delete the last driver (STABLE ONE) befor I looked to see witch one it was??Help also In my last post I know I need more ram (CURRENT IS 128 rd) will downloading the program at fraps.com and running it in the beginning to see my framerate is better from one driver to the next be the best way to select driver?? Ok did the fraps deal and it says my framerate when I start is 32 is that good??? I did put on the previous driver and it did good for a while then FREEZ!) Damm I'm frustrated!!! shocker_rob

Ok, Once again I am here for some sound advice (hint hint)Since purchasing ofp I have been glued to my pc,Both in awww with the awsome game as well as all the small probs :)i'm up late into the night trying to figure out.(PROBLEM) I have posted here befor about this prob and fixed most but this one I have gotten mixed answers on.When I play the game for extended periods the game gets slower,slower,slower.ect.I have to re-boot every 45 minn or so.I have been told to up my RAM but again mixed review.I dont mind buying more but is this the right fix???windows (ME) did the same lagg as well but alot more crashes(BLUE SCREEN) I 've been all over the fourms and to #### and back late into the night un-installing and re doing EVERYTHING! Hmmm I with top stop the press! I have never seen a screen shot like that(DESIGNATOR)WHERED YOU GET THAT ?AS well as taking pics of your screen .I have been in place as well as everyone where I wanted a screenshot .I have locked on targets but never seen a dot .1.20,1.30 or 1.4 Shocker_rob

OK I'm still a green pea but I had the same probb it seems that ofp was allready running in the background so it wouldnt extract that file .Go grab the cd off the street when you work out the buggs you will be glued to your pc like we all are.Uninstall anything that is opf related and start over you will be happy when you get fraggin. Ok , Need the Help,Since I have put win XP on my pc I have had only a few probs and with win ME lots,anyway it seems I get a lagg when playing the game I get people who shot me say ( I killed you 30 sec ago) now you reply and I have seen this playing multi with ai only people running in place then popping up 100 yars ahead of the spot ---------- whats the prob I took off all operation flahpoint programs and re-did everything to get 1.4 working but today. I left all defaults alone but still seem to get a lagg.heeeeeeeeelpppp!!!! Shocker_rob still stuttering p.s. My pc sys is. dell 8200 1.7 p4 128 meg ram (rd) yes thats right geforce 2 32meg 20 gig hd integrated audio cable (but dsl is days away) Love the game just not all the waitin for nothing any advice is welcome thanks shocker_rob

Ok well now a mixed review???I I had win me and had as you've heard nothin but probs.now xp and no crashes but lagg still there I dont mind getting mo memory but need some ROCK SOLID SUPPORT ( not to diss anyone else )This is just bugging me. I was pretty hard core in the early ninteys 92-95 and have been by the wayside since What to do you know my specs Damm just wanna play and not get fragged cause the lagg!! I'm not doubting your knowldge fragg but will the config I requested work?? I.e. =(two 64 stix -factory set- and two 128 stix I intend to purchase?) any other replies welcome. Shocker_rob

Sorry I just posted but read the last reply and he said 256 (right)? If I add correctly 64x2 =128 + two 128 stix =384???is this right?

My prob isint the ram(or is it ) I dont mind buying more ram but will this fix the main probb??game starts to lagg after extend play ?single player or campaigns fun fine as well (also) when game starts to lagg I go and shut the game down to goto Find server screen( allseing eye or gamespy) it takes forever to do so,I can here my hard drive working with programs but it takes like 2-3 minn to exit the program..helppppppppp shocker_rob

Ok i have been had the same probs on my cpu,the only thing I have found to work its (If you can believe this ) turn your video settings to the highest resalutionand turn the setting in your ofp preference screen to 2x instead of 4x (you tech guys help me out with the terms)obviously my resalution is great and for the most part no (constant crashs) Give any info on what need to be done I currently have windows me (hate it) and xp home is on the way.my cpu is p4 1.7 32 geforce 2 128 ram net work alll the bells will i need to upgrade the drivers??? .Now I got it to work I want a smooth intro to xp.. help

What is the best way to get on multiplayer ?Since upgradeing to 1.30 I can see a ip address now but it seems like iI cant get in a game ?Whats the skinny guys???
