Thanks, since just plain direct3d was the default choice I just wanted to make sure switching to it wasnt hindering my performance, but if your correct then I guess its better So maybe some other people that were having the green menu problem should just try to switch to HW T&L before messing with bios settings.

I had the green menu problem but with a GeForce 5900 256mb, changing bios didnt help me at all, but changing from running direct3d to direct3d HW T&L lets me play it. Whats the difference between direct3d and direct3d HW T&L? I also have a ATI 9000 on a slower PC and I put resistance on that and it runs, but that PC is so slow I cant put distance very far without it moving in frames.
