A couple times now I've lost a few hours worth of work in Arma 2, so I would also support this idea.

Back to the whole swimming thing, I've tried it in jeans, a tee-shirt, and sneakers, and it was damn hard, I'd really hate to try it in a BDU.

When there is a round in the chamber of a weapon, it is generally faster to reload it, as you only need to remove the empty mag and insert a new mag. I just kind of thought this should be included.

I do like the whole backpack thing, but it has to be removable, the res soldiers with the backpacks are pretty easy to see when there prone.
