Its speculated that part of the reason the casualties were so high for the SEAL incursion in Panama is precicely due to the fact that they werent trained for that type of action. Some military analysts also suggest that a Ranger force would have been able to take the airfield with less casualties due to their training. I'm not really too informed on the matter but it seems to me that Rangers would be a better choice than SEALs

well chair force is the entire airforce but especially the pilots and such because they sit down in chairs (or cockpits or whatever)
