Just to ad some confusion to this question... I use the 15.084 driver and it works just fine in 1.46, but I use Win Me. I had to use the "autodetect" after upgrading, but after that it works just fine. My specs. ASUS A7V-133C AMD XP1800+ 256 MB SDRAM Hercules 3D Phropet 4500 64Mb

This is a common problem if you have a VIA-based motherboard. You can read more about it here: http://www.viahardware.com/686bfaq.shtm Try and update the VIA 4in1 drivers, but remember to set the IDE detection to auto in BIOS otherwise the installation could freeze. Sometimes it's easier to upgrade in safe-mode (Press F8 during boot). I tried this on my computer and then only copied the 1985.pbo-file from the CD to the right directory on the hdd. Good luck
