    Contractors in Iraq are known to wear US shoulder patches to avoid friendly fires.

    I have asked that this topic be closed, and the appropriate steps be taken, as my C130 was and is discussed in this thread, and has not been used with permission.

    What I may suggest is you open a tread abt your C130 elsewhere (if not done already), and trinder1 changes the 1st page's screenshot. And you both calm down. whistle.gif End of the story.

    In fact I’m currently suffering from a bad case of "bored by ArmA" and stopped working on retexes. Just taking a look at the forum fm time to time. Sorry for that. You are free to modify/improve this addon (just give me credit for the work already done). Maybe you can contact Col. Faulkner who kindly offered his help to improve the addon to get suggestions/feedbacks. His proposal to provide high resolution scans is very interesting.

    Thanks your feedback. Maybe you can make scans of the British C95 DPM material available on Filefront, I think they would definitely benefit to ArmA’s modders community.

    NZ troops in Desert DPM already exist HERE .I just need to adapt them to the AAW addon.

    Just for info the forthcoming update (ETA still unknown, thanks your patience) will use the UKF Weapon Pack (so that the fighting kiwis get proper sniper rifles and MG) and of course the AAW F88 Steyr Pack.

    Regarding the flack vest: fm the pictures I’ve seen it seems that your troops use big frontal/back plates on their vests (much like the French do).

    By popular demand Version 1.01 is now available.

    There is no change on the uniforms' textures. I just modified the config to make my addon compatible with AAW's awesome SteyrF88 addon. You can consider this version as a place holder until I update the troops with improved textures, non interceptor flack vest and wound textures.

    Release date : "when it's ready wink_o.gif"

    Until then I hope you folks down under and elsewhere will enjoy the addon.

    Australians at War mod have just released a New Zealand Defence Force Steyr. We were wondering if you could please replace the Vilas Steyrs and use the Australians at War version of the NZDF F88 steyrs.

    Well I was thinking about it when I saw you released a new set of F88. What I also plan to do is to edit the flack vest as well when I have time. Does anybody has some good photographs of the flack vest used by the NZ Army (aside fm the NZArmy Website which I know already) ?

    thx, I was merely refering to the talents of original OFP authours; so there's where the credits go* wink_o.gif What I do is only a little 'scratch here, dust & mud there' work on them wink_o.gif

    *surely the readme's will contain all of the required nicknames

    I like dusty, muddy, paint scratched vehicles, they look more realistic.
