Sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately for me I guess I’ll never be able to experiment it myself: My Intel Dual Core 2.3 Ghz + ATI Radeon X1600 is already laggy when playing Sahrani alone, a bigger island will simply fry the graphic card.

I don't know if we can do configs to have troops/vehicles being both OPFOR and Independent at the same time?

I’ve also concluded an agreement with ShadowNX to release retextures of the OPFOR troops : ShadowNX will do the texture, I’ll do the configs. Well like any other soldiers Blue helmets follow orders...and these orders can be interpreted in different ways. So sometime they just keep a low profile but other times... In May 1995 French Marines under the blue flags supported by light armoured vehicles (VAB wheeled APC and "Sagaie" light wheeled tanks) assaulted Serbs positions on the bridge of Vrbanja (near Sarajevo), capturing the bridge and clearing the nearby bunkers. 2 French Marines were killed in this action. The Serbs had captured the bridge the day before and had taken blue helmets as hostages, so the French considered retaking the bridge and freeing the hostages as self defence.

(Fictional) Background: ----------------------- In 2005 Australia considered for a moment replacing the Auscam pattern with a pixelized one. Brad Turner, a gifted camouflage designer, submitted his 037/2005 digital camouflage pattern as a competitor. The Aussies eventually decided to keep their current "Bunnies and hearts" Disruptive Pattern Camouflage. However, Turner's attempt did not got unnoticed and he was contacted by Nogovan Army officials who were looking for a new camouflage pattern to replace the old Resistance era uniforms. Now a fully fledged member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Nogova is required to participate to the NATO Response Force as member of the newly created NATO Joint Task Force East. Thanks to American funding the small Baltic island has been able to reorganise its armed forces along western standards. Thanks your proposal. yes the fact they are 24 bits .tga further converted to .paa format decrease the resolution quality of the textures. Unfor there is no much I can do, save buying myself a better version of Paint Shop Pro, or maybe download the Gimp. Does it support 32 bits .tga files ?

Thanks your feeback. I did the best I could do with .tga 24 bits files (my version of Paint Shop Pro doesn't support 32 bits .tgas). Could you pls precisely specify what you don't like in these retexes (general colors, lighting, helmet-webbing details, etc...) because just saying they are low quality doesn't help much to improve them.
