I'm having exactly this kind of issue. I recently upgraded my computer with EVGA GTX285 and added 4GB of RAM for a total of 8GB. Now, my game is unplayable, with all this graphics problems. I'm going to try and remove 4GB and see if that's causing the problem. Will report back.

Love this addon! Is there any way of making this work with custom weapons such as Aimpoint Desert weapons pack? I think it doesn't work now... Thanks.
