Ok this is a REAL longshot! Has anyone played addon missions (or even authentic missions) and when it comes to the end... well it doesn't... it just never ends i.e. the final objective is just never reached cos there's a GLITCH where you can't find the correct guy/kill the right people? Basically, I have downloaded the "AusBrit - Gorilla Hunt" mission by Anmac from FLASHPOINT ARENA (a mission highly recommended!) and i cannot complete it because i believe there to be a (hopefully correctable) glitch rather than not being able to complete something... the actual example, is to complete the mission: report to base - i get to base and no-one is there there to report to?!????? What the #### am i supposed to do? Any help (other than "contact the author"!) really appreciated Privateer

Ha ha very funny!!! I've got a Voodoo 3 3500 which I thought was pretty cool but its beginning to look a bit dated now... I didn't think I'd be saying that for ages.. oh well! Oh, and now I've got it playing preoperly it really feels wierd playing the 1.30 addon battlefields mission on grass opposed to 'snow' that I had before! Thanks again for the help Privateer

Ok, so I realise that other people are having problems with this 1.30 patch... but this one's different. I have installed two versions of 1.30 (i.e. from different sources) and still get the same error - I HAVE NO GROUND TEXTURES whatsoever! What the bloody #### is going on... everything is white and its like fighting in the snow... has ANYONE had the same problem?? oh and by the way... how the #### do you fix it... (already tried re-installing etc and I'm not re-installing windows... just got XP) Thanks Privateer

Ok so it looks a bit stupid replying to my own messages but I forgot to mention (quite an important bit)... it gives an error like "file missing.... mp realpaintball" or something. Like i said, i have downloaded a different version of the patch and i still get the same message. By the way if it helps i'm running a 1.1Ghz system with Windows XP <- didn't have any probs with v1.20 and XP. Thanks for any help... ANYONE

Just wondered if anyone can help... I've installed the 1.20 and then the 1.30 patch and ALL my ground textures have gone so it looks like i'm playing in the snow! This is beginning to really piss me off now cos I've downloaded the patch twice (on a 56K!!!) and have re-installed OPF and it still messes it up... Can anyone give me an idea - I'm not cut out for arctic warfare yet!!!
