    M! mine layer

Just thought of how nice it would be to have an M1 mine clearer for OFP. M1 Mine Clearer Perhaps make it into a mine layer as well

    Black barons ufo

Ya the triangle UFO has been seen a lot by UFO chasers. Who knows, it could be the next Gen of Stealth Fighters/Bombers. When the Stealth Bomber and Fighter were being tested at Area 51 back in the 70's I believe, anyone that saw a glimpse of it would have thought it was an alien craft. Which is what I believe 50% of what UFO's are, secret government aircraft that have no been declassified yet! Black Baron is actually making an UFO addon pack, complete with aliens I hope he makes the grey aliens

Hopefully Black Baron will continue making new modifications to his UFO and perhaps make a few more, like the infamous Triangle UFO

Its not really a secret entrance though. Cuz the only way to get into the ship is underneath like you mentioned. You get sucked up, which is neat IMHO. One thing though, its hard to fly it at night, especially in invisible mode. There is no light on the craft so it makes it very hard to see whats infront of you. Spooky

Just don't put the UFO in hover mode and then eject like I did. The UFO came crashing down ontop of me LOL!

    Mouse problems

For some reason, when ever I'm in a vehicle that has a turret, even though the I'm not moving the mouse, the cursor keeps moving up or down. But when I'm just using a weapon like an m16, the cursor is fine. Â Doesn't move up or down when its stationary. Anyone experienced this problem or heard of it?

    Commanding ai

Ok, I finally got the jet to taxi off the runway thanks to your help guys Problem was, i was putting it at the very end of the runway, if you put the jet a little bit more ahead, they will fly Now, the problem I have is getting the AI in the jet to use the bomb, instead of the guns. Â Is there a way to tell the AI in the jet to drop the thermal bomb instead of using the guns to attack?
  9. I'm having a bit of trouble with the AI in the OFPR mission editor. I try and tell the AI pilots in the F15 to go to an area on the map and they will not take off from the runway. Do you have to use scripts to issue them commands to take off from the runway and drop bombs on targets?

    Commanding ai

WHat I did was: I place the f15 on the runway, it has fuel and ammo. The ai are in the jet. I selected the 2 ai characters (F2 and F3), then i switched to the map view and clicked somewhere on the map. They said "roger" to acknowledge my commands, but they just sit on the run way and won't move. I have no trouble getting my AI pilots in the commanche or little birds to go to waypoints, but for some reason, the ai in the jets just sit on the runway.

Who was it that said the reason why Saddam used chemical weapons on "kurds", was because they were given to him by the U.S or something. I'm trying to track down that post.

I agree that no countries should have WMD, and should be outlawed, but its not going to happen. Â Its like saying you can stop racism. Â The fact is, you can not change everyone's view, everyone has their opinion of things and are entitled to them. In other words, say Russia, Iraq, Isreal, U.S and every other countries with WMD decided to get rid of all their WMD. Â I bet you there will be some small rogue terrorist group that gets their hands on them and uses them. Â It would be open season on the countries that could not defend themselves against such an attack with WMD. WMD are used to strike fear, and it works darn well IMHO. Â That's why no one has "pushed the button". Â Because they know all too well the outcome of what would happen if someone decided to launch WMD. Â The other side would retaliate with WMD. And no one wins. I'm apposed to WMD, but it would be quite hard to track countries that have WMD (they could lie and hide them), and quite hard to get them to get rid of them. Â One side would accuse the other of not disarming all the WMD, and break the treaty. Fact is, there will never be world peace in the world. Â There will always be some crackpot that has a insane vision of ruling the entire world (like Hitler). Just think if Hitler would ahve been a successful artist, maybe he wouldn't have started WWII. One never knows!

</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote (denoir @ Jan. 20 2003,10:25)</td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">The whole concept of a 'pre-emptive war' is so fundamentally flawed that I really question the sanity of the people that suggested it in the first place. Or perhaps that was just the point. You can justify just about anything with it since the thing you are 'trying to prevent' hasn't happened. If it doesn't happen then your pre-emptive strike was working. If it happens then you can point out that you were right. It doesn't end there however. This is not just a simple circular argument but it also has a feedback component - your actions may very well trigger the event you are saying you want to prevent. Example scenario: 1) USA thinks that Iraq will attack it with WMDs. 2) USA launches a 'pre-emptive' war 3) Cornered, Iraq launches his WMDs on US forces 4) USA feels that it has proved its point. Iraq did indeed attack the US with WMDs The problem of such a situation is that Iraq would have probably not used his WMDs unless he was attacked. Now this may seem nice and convenient, but remember, it goes both ways. By the standards now set by Bush, Iraq is well within its rights to pre-emptivly attack the US. His country is in clear and present danger from a US attack. To prevent it he must attack the US before the US attacks him. The Bush doctrine also advocates the use of tactical nuclear weapons if faced with other WDMs such as chemical and biological weapons. This gives Saddam the right to nuke USA, according to the Bush principle. You see if Saddam uses his WMDs then USA will use its WMDs. So he has to use them pre-emptivly before the US can utlize its weapons. Hell, you can just about attack any country in the world and have a 'pre-emptive' policy as an excuse. If the country you attack fights back, then cleary they are hostile and you were right in attacking them in the first place. If they don't fight back then clearly your pre-emptive attack has succeeded. Wonderful logic don't you think?<span id='postcolor'> Its pretty scarey logic if you think about it. With logic like that, any country could get away with murder quite litterally. You make an extreme valid point! I mean if Iraq refuses to lie down when the U.S attacks, then that makes them "hostile" in the eyes of America. Honestly, does anyone expect Saddam not to fight back? I mean he is only doing what ANY country would do if a foreign country attacks, and that is to fight back! And that makes him hostile for defending his own country???

To me it is scary to look at it this way. What is next? Saudi Arabia because most terorist were born there? If the US would promise not to impose a US-friendly government on Iraq then for me everything would be fine *except the civillian casualties. Anyhow after Iraq there is no need to attack Saudi Arabia, Iraq has enough oil-potential. Loss of sound and hard crash

I have the exact some problem too. During any MP game, the sound abruptly stops, then about 20 sec later, I get the BSOD and my XP system crashes. I have the latest drivers for everything, inlcuding my Motherboard. Never had this problem before with OFP. I'm wondering if its the 1.91 patch.
