Hey guys Just tried the 7.2 catalyst drivers and it does exactly the same for me...those geometry and graphics anomalies are still there! What is going on?? So no change with the 7.2's over the 7.1's....think I'll have to go back to the 5.8's... Cheers

Hey guys, originally posted some of these problems and have posted on this topic before... trieed installing catalyst 5.8 last night and the game plays fine now,if a little slow and low on detail but that's mainly down to the rig I have...may have to upgrade soon to keep up with the games that are coming out..but try earlier ATI catalyst drivers..http://www.driverheavendownloads.net/ati.htm there are all sorts of back catalogued catalysts drivers here!! try them they may work! cheers!

Open your computer,how do you mean? Cos im having this same problem with the polygons etc... play with the case off??

My graphics card is a Radeon 9800XT but from previous reading of posts it seems that this card is trouble...I've had it a while but can't afford to upgrade at the mo...shame cos i really want to play this game..Omega drivers didnt work for me either..made it worse if anything! :(:(

Just tried playing it again with the omega drivers,just the same...omega 3.8 based on the ATI catalyst 7.1 drivers...this is really spoiling the game for me cos it looks horendous!! Just crashed my helicopter because of it,massive lines and polygonal shapes coming out screen....anyone have any ideas?? same probs as previous posts!!!!!!!! its getting annoying!!!!

Knockedeye I too share your woes...I have exactly the same problem..polygons shooting out from the screen,lines etc... Your setup is not to different form mine, P4 3.2,Radeon 9800,1024 RAM...I have the latest ATi and direct x too and it still happens... Bring on the patch and lets hope that fixes it... :(

Roffle, what setup have you got...ATI card? If so what catalyst are you running? Im having trouble with my graphics at the mo and Im getting frsutrated.. My spec.. P4 3.2 Radeon 9800XT with catalyst 7.1 1024 Mb RAM Cheers

cool, i tried that and it worked cheers dude! Still having trouble with the graphics though...I might revert back to a previous catalyst driver to see if that makes any difference! Any ideas on how you can take and save a screenshot so I can show the guys on here exactly what i mean??? M

Shame that when a great game like this comes out the first thing ya think about is 'when is the patch coming out to rectify these bugs and glitches'.... I thought the UK was going to get the polished version compared to our european counterparts...in my eyes this has not happened!!

Cheers for the reply.. I'm an OFP veteran so commanding my squad is no problem although i cant seem to even do this... I selected them and told them to engage the car yet they dont open fire,plus I dont have any ammo,is that normal or should I be able to fire too! My set up is P4 3.2ghz, Windows XP, Radeon 9800XT with catalyst 7.1 which I updated yesterday... Is there any problems with 7.1 or later catalyst drivers cos these anomalies occured sometimes when I was playing WOW... Shooting lines coming our of the screen,only a few but in ARMA its much more severe,cant see most of the screen sometimes due to lines and flat surfaces of white and grey! I'll try and take a screenshot and show you....

Sorry dude, just realised.... I have a P4 3.2ghz 1024 MB RAM Radeon 9800 with catalyst 7.1 (just updated it) Windows XP Thiank that's all the essential info ya need....
