This is before I even join the game. I use ACE, but that is the only bunch of mods I have so I can't undertsnd why I cant join servers. I dont misbehave (TK etc) but one server even banned me before I even got through the front door. Is this a Battleye problem, is it looking at my game, seeing that I have mods and then just locking me out of servers. getting mightily P****** off with it all at the moment to be frank:mad:

Having exactly the same problem, when i installed Patch 4 it screwed up my Multiplayer, so I uninstalled the game and wanted to repatch the lot, now I cannot patch anything and have a worthless game. Tried updating DVD driver and was told my drivers are up t:confused date. WTF do I do now? :confused:

Ever since I patched to 1.4 I can now no longer play multiplayer. As soon as I click on the Multiplayer button, it freezes, brings up the Servers screen and then freezes again whilst displaying Pings of 6000+ for servers I used to have pings of 60. I have checked my firewall and it doesn’t seem to be blocking it. The single player game is fine but multi is unplayable. Please help! Thanks

I'm hoping that idiot soon gets bored. He obviously gets bullied at school and takes his frsutration out in the game. He's just a worthless little ****wit who will never amount to anything.

That was a great weapon in Joint Ops, it worked brilliantly, cant see why it cant be implemented well in ARMA. Joint ops is about 3-4 years old now, so it should be fairly simple in Arma.

Wow, I didn't realise my previous thread would mobilise an army against TK'ers. Nice work chaps.

Never seen so many TK'ers and overall idiots in my gaming life. Logged onto some of the larger capacity servers last night for a look and as soon as you spawn some idiot tk's you. The floor was literally covered with the corpses of friendly fire casualties. Sticking on the smaller servers until the idiots get bored and go back to CS.

We at least I know I,m not alone in this.

A case in point, I just joined a server and a d***head was TKing people with a minigun as they spawned. I would post his name here but i would probably be guilty of a TOS infraction. Hopefully he will be banned from all the decent servers soon.

Yeah, i am at the moment, I am a member of a wwii online squad and we are trying to get one put together for Arma.

Its probably the copy protection software securom, it doesn't rcognise the dvds sometimes.

Its wierd, mine works on some servers but when I try to set up my own or connect to a friends it comes up with Invalid Key and kicks me out.

This is a pain in the backside, I've got the 505 version today and hardly any Multi servers are running it meaning I cant play. They really didn't think this all out properly at all

The Parachutes in Arma are just plain wierd. They swing around uncontrolably and have no control whatsoever. Hopefully someone will make an add on to make them a whole lot better.

Is it me or something I am doing, but the parachutes seem totally uncontrollable and you spend most of your time spinning round like you are cuaght in a Tornado? Am I doing something wrong or are they just not very good? Cheers

Oh christ it's started already, ok tell you what, all those people that dont sit at home all day playing games and actually work and have real lives aren't allowed to play the game to its full extent because they dont have enough in game time and "honor", would this make everyone happy (apart from the people that have RL and work during the day of course) If you want to play with serious players, join a squad and buy your own server space, but dont start calling people childish names because someone takes a piece of equipment that they might not know was "yours". I will look out for any vehicles or bits of kit with your name stamped on them in bright orange paint, wouldn't want to be called a "n00b now would I? If you want a game that is all yours, start a bloody LAN game, although no doubt the "n00b" AI will run off with your Humvee as well.

Anyone actually thought that this special edition thingy will actually just delay things. Once they have actually decided on what goes in it they they have to look for suppliers and designers to actually make the stuff (design T Shirts and other assorted toot), and then have it made and put together, which has the possibility of actually delaying the release of the game until all this is done. Personally I just want the game.

If you want CTF gameplay, go and play HALO 2 or something. Could do without all the bunnyhopping idiots thanks very much.
