Who in this forum is a co op hobbyist, vs. the team competitor. We are the ones who form co op clans so we can get together and play really cool missions. I feel the need for a clan who doesn't train, we just edit our own missions and play them. What's the use of training if you know the keys and have had the game long enough to know? If you see that makes sense you might want to start a clan with me in private or just join delta force in private. Where are the co op hobbyists>? Free agents speak up. If there's enough free agents ill leave delta force and form a hobbyist clan. We don't need no stinking training.

Is it possible there could be a jail that the deltas could rescue their captured comrades? It's just not realistic putting the hostage in a house with no doors and open windows all the time. Im sure that someone could make a script so that if the door took damage the door would swing open to the jail cell. Concrete building, bars, cell door.

I know how he did it too. He probably took the bamboo fence from nam pack 2 island ia drang and stacked them textures on a wall. Then made a door made of the same texture and boom, tigercage. I'd do mine with concrete, four walls, one big red steel door with a lock on it, and boom. I'm sure that some kind of scripter could help by adding a script that keeps the door locked and then you shoot it and it comes open. The concrete textures are in the game, the red steel door is not. The bamboo tiger cage as i said is if you go through the steps. I just haven't been able to get at O2. God Bless Syco, i wish he'd come back.

I think you can make an island with a pool on top where rainwater collects. Then you can go ahead and make a special effect that has the water falling down using that script for your island. I'd like a rambo esque jungle island. A little cambodia style with a city far off, then you get into the jungle with its bridges and waterfalls and hidden forest villages. A river or two. Heavy thick jungle forest with really high trees.

That new tank pack with the numbers that change would be cool. The woodland hummer pack too.

I just read that the American general is going to form an armed militia from iraqis. What we should do instead is joint police training using police squads and tactics from america to teach the new iraqi police on how to keep the peace instead of helping to form a militia. I see that as telling them that they should use a militia to keep the peace instead of using their police to keep civil order like we do. We're holding them to a lower standard. We should offer joint police training instead. You don't arm the country you just liberated because even Saddam's guy may have punched and pissed on a few people, the ones that never got hit are like, "you bombed our country, our buildings, its trashy, the power is out, bridges, banks looted, thats your fault." rather than, "yay you liberated us". It's the people with that opinion who might get their hands on the weapons and thats not what we want. I think we should be training their police forces using our police tactics instead of helping them to form a military state. That's just taking them and making them a military state by training them to keep order using military. I also think that giving them weapons may lead them to use them against us. Just like Afghanistan. If we redistribute what we took from their soldiers to their police and train their police everything should be fine. I understand some of you ignorant boys will jump on the side of the general without forming your own opinion though because you have a blind respect for authority, men in the military, adults, whatever, and have faith in your countrymen. I don't have respect or faith in any man on this earth so I form my own opinions rather than let my easiness lead to my own destruction. Even Jesus taught not to be a respecter of persons or to have faith in man but in a higher power have respect and faith in because man will fail you. You can't be so relaxed on peoples judgement like, "oh i trust jim, he wouldn't do that." because you turn around and jim might blow you away or something like that. That's why you can't respect or have faith in everyone to act on their own. Responsibility takes time and arming these civillians instead of their police is not a good option after they've been under a regime. I see another terrorist unit forming from this. I hope not. I hope we don't even arm them. I hope we do police training for them instead. I ABOVE ALL BELIEVE THOUGH that you should never arm a country who doesn't have firm GUN CONTROL LAWS or a strong police unit to keep things in order in case those weapons get out.

You won't overload their belts will you? Please don't. Streamlined belts look awesome. One canteen, no uggly buttpouch, and maybe four little utility cases on there should look really streamlined and light.

I never would have thought of a spy car coming out it was quite a surprise. I guess it wouldn't be hard to replace the machine gun with a FFAR rocket launcher and put a mine layer in the back....replacing the chassis with a BMW m5.....

The truth is that with the nam pack two and the barracken addon, you can kind of sort of make a raised hooch. The hut from nam pack and the raised thing with steps from barracken addon. You'd have to speak to a real vietnam war vet to actually find out how it was opened or you could watch rambo first blood part two, or the chuck norris movies called missing in action.

For Ia Drang I'd like to see a raised hooch which looks like this: I think I saw a few Chuck Norris movies with these.

I know a good idea or two. ANIMATIONS: Patrol animations that are more like the ones in ghost recon with the gun around the waste and them looking around. The ability to shoot from riding animations such as in the back of the ural or 5t truck or in the side of a car or jeep without windows. You would be shooting at any car chasing you and the guy in the jeep behind you would be shooting at you. The legs still work when shot its just that you limp so that should be fixed. Soldiers should only crawl when their legs are shot off. Last but not least, animations should be more flexible, tanks should be able to walk and soldiers should be able to roll.

try looking up an addon called custom RTM's. It has custom animations inside and you can open the pbo and see what its like in there.

I tried the newest pack and wasn't able to get them to even show up in the editor...

I like this gun. check it out Would you make it if I asked you? Then I'd have to download your pistol pack because you threw in that one anime pistol as a special treat and thats the only place i could get it is to download your whole pack.

I have a good idea. What if the Deltas could all take off their helmets like the Kmm soldiers could? Also what if the Delta recon team had lights on top of their helmets like the seals helmets ya'll made? Also what if they used that night vision addon from sjb that has the realistic night vision goggles? Also I think that if you look at the belt on the current BAS rangers theres that same pouch all the way around. I don't think it should have that many of that little case on their belt all the way around. I think it should be a canteen on the left back, then maybe two pouches on the right hip, two pouches on the left hip but not little pouches on teh belt all the way around like the batman utility belt. That butt pouch is butt ugly on Rangers, you should loose the butt pouch. I think you'll find that these changes will streamline the rangers. It'll make the units look better, try not to get pissed I just want to help. Even the lightest criticism gets taken wrongly among those who wish to argue. Franze, how do we retexture the mini gear textures? is there a program that will do it? Can you send a gear texture pack or something so we can edit the textures and make our own gear textures? That'd be neat! Customization. By the way I hope Osama Bin Laden gets caught and that the terrorists don't get us. The minigears keep a coming! Keep em coming! Franze I think it'd be neat if they were dressed in the camo of the game good guys and bad guys, like russian camo for the east gears and west camo for the west gears.

Please make the stealth version. You know, all black. Like in Heavy Gear two they had that special operations squad who had all black camo. Well do that version. Maybe add a little MORCARB AMPR (anti mech pulse rifle?), and hey Franze...thanks for doing this for us. You happen to have chosen some models I never thought I'd see but am glad you're doing.
