  1. Thanks, I'll look through the thread. I sent off an email like that a few months ago and I don't think I got a response back but I'll do it again I guess. edit: Heh, what if I told you I didn't get any context or flashpoint files made in my directory? I just checked. Nothing there. Like I said, the game seems to close not crash. I have no idea what is going on.
  2. About 4 months ago I bought Operation Flashpoint: GOTY and I haven't been able to play it yet. Whenever I instal it and try to play the game closes after 5-30 minutes. It doesn't crash, it doesn't give me any errors. The game just closes and I'm left sitting staring at my desktop. This has happened through formats, a video card change, and a sound card change. My current system consists of: Radeon 9700 Pro MSI KT3 Ultra 2 Motherboard Western Digital 80 gb 8 mb cache drive Hercules Fortissimo 3 7.1 sound card 512 mb of PC2100 ram Antec 350 watt power supply Game is installed using a Lite-On 48x24x48 CD-RW Windows XP with SP1 and all relevant patches (this also happened without SP1) I noticed today that at the time the game crashed I got two errors in my Windows XP Event Viewer. No idea what they mean or if they are related. I put them up in a txt file here: error.txt No other games crash for me except OFP. I'd really like to play it at some point, heh. I'll include any other info you guys want, I'd just like to solve this.
