To stop repeating sound try to turn off hardware acceleration of sound. This should be fixed in upcoming patch. About that problem you are not able to go to main menu, contact us on support@bistudio.com.

You are trying to run unofficial mission which is using unofficial addon. Without this modified gun (SVD54r?) you will not be able to run this mission. Is it right?
