only commanders, gunners and driver/pilot can use the vehicle chat and only in the same vehicle. the passengers can't here. good for relaying directions targets etc.. without tying up the regular channels.

hey evis. would it be possible to disarm the rocket pods on the oh-58 make them flat into benches and allow 2 guys to sit on each, then only allow the pilot actually inside and have 4 guys riding on the benches outside? this would be so cool if you were able to make it..sorta like a cheap mh-6 . P.S as soon as i get the chance im gonna download your chopper sure it may be ugly but im not picky and at least you have the imagination and "minerals" to try something !

Also a sweet idea for a land vehicle would be to take the russian BRDM scout car (make a west, east and resistance version ) . then you remove the turret from an m113 apc and stick it ontop of the brdm creating a really cool armored car.

Ive got a cool idea for you. Take the oh-58 disarm it. then flatten the rocketpods into benches and allow to guys to sit on each. the have only the pilot inside and the exterior amount of 4 guys. paint it black and remove that big head ontop of the rotors. also if possible make guys able to shoot from the chopper. Another cool idea would be to take a blackhawk. paint it black. remove all the seats and only allow 2 guys to sit as pasengers in the door way and able to shoot out.( sitting with their feet dangling out like black hawk down) thus making a flying sniper platform. Either of these would be so sweet.

I really appreciate this..it will make the game that much more interesting..and finally i can do vietnam maps with a realistic chopper.

I've made lots of black hawk down maps...most are really rough problem is there are at least a dozen addons in each that i can play them online.

would you be able to make a black hawk where all the chairs are removed, and the troops sit in the door and on ammo crates inside? i know the capacity would be less but it would be cool cause in blackhawk down thats how the sat in the black hawk...if you could do that i'd be sweet..at least to have them in the door, is it posible to open the other door?

or when you press v it gives you a circular map 1.5 km radius around you and you just click on the spot you want to fire at and the press your mouse fire button, bacause its hard to judge somethings exact position on a map accuracy would be pretty realistic and mabey even have the round fall randomly in a 15 meter radius around the point you pick.

i was thinking for a temporary mh-6 little bird would it be posible to take an oh-58 and disarm the rocket pods so you could have 2 guys sit on each as a sort of mock bench? then get rid of the gunner seat into a passenger seat and you could have 5 troops + driver.

Canada only spends more on its military than 2 other countries in NATO, Luxembourg, and Iceland (which has no orginized military) LOL man i laughed for 20 minutes after that ROFL man we are a sorry bunch..

no i think jjfly is right the saw has been around since 1984 and 85 i mean the canadian army even had it in 1986 so im sure usa had it by then aswell.

also they HAVE to let us fire weapons from it, imagine this you are sitting on the side and are moving super low and very very slow you look out and 50 meters away a russian is taking aim at you , pow your dead and you never had the chance to fight.

if you guys want to land on the roof and dont want to fall through just hover over it at about 1 foot and have the guys jump, i always jump out at that altitude when we are going into a hot lz to get away from the bullet magnet.

yeah also why not save the wieght and carry an extra rifle mag that would be 10 X more effecitve. but i have to say id be pretty funny if you ran out of ammo as a ruskie charged at you and you drew you 92f and emptied a mag at him and then when he kept coming tossed the gun at him lol.
