Hi all, Im trying to add a very simple respawn script, All that i want is the player to revive/respawn where he died over and over. I am learning from Here : http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Description.ext#Respawn_Options my Desription.ext is: respawn = 2 respawndelay = 5 However obviously, It aint working, Is there a template misson thats exactly the same and simple to learn from or am i missing simething rather simple? Hi all, im trying to import a model, However im told that there are missing map file's, I've tryed editing the resorces in the path editor, striping the files names and then re-assigning, but to no end! i've tryed assigning the paths to the folder, both without success in the when im told that there are missins map file's when i try to render!, I get the model up ok.........I've searched Tutorials but they only give answers that i already have tryed! Its like some textures decided to show some dont, One can assume otherwise that the textures may not be applied?, however i have tested this with a number of models and its the same on many that i've imported... Hi all Im trying to make a misson that includes the teamswitch function found in SP and put it into MP. I want the players, includeing the host to be able to switch to any playable unit on the map, now i know u can switch back on the player choose units in the MP lobby, however the game host is unable to go back to this screen, if he does the misson ends. (Unless there is some way that i dont know about) I am not looking for respawn just free switching, much like Battlestations midway if anyone has played that, thats what im looking for. Hi all People play on my LAN server and once they die they change to someone else, by returning to player selection screen., How do i the LAN hhost do this without the server close (misson auto aborting)? Host return to player screen? without the server closeing? How do i do this? Thanks lukemax

Try using selectPlayer . It works in MP, even though I've heard of some crash reports. SP teamSwitch can be redone with selectPlayer and a bit of GUI addition in your description.ext Have u got a tutorial or help how i can do this?

Hiya, Is it possible Implementing the SP teamswitch into MP? easily? I have tried various things out but nothing seems to work, to be able to do the switcharoo in MP as easy as it is in SP. Thx Lukemax

Hi all, got this ingame description, and it doesnt seem to be working: respawn = 2; respawndelay = 5; However it might be because, i make the misson (In MP) save it, Alt+Tab out of the game then move the description into the MP misson folder. then pop back up ArmA. sometimes works thoe Lukemax

Hi all, I want to know if this is possible, im not wanting respawn here, i need the ability to switch to various units and back again. like teamswitch but in Multiplayer. so basiclly the player/players can command tanks/choppers/troops whatever and keep switching to various units around the map. I have NO clue how to do this so help would be ace! Thanks Lukemax
