    It is grey, kinda. the DXdll just changes the collor a little A shame i couldnt get it to fire at soldiers on the ground, and it seems since the last build the fighters dont target flying opposing forces without a waypoint order

    Hey Guys, Since the release of the sweet F302, we've all been shooting down russian planes and whatnot, so i converted the X301 Addon to a deathglider for use as an "ai" drone. Its just a small conversion took me about 2 hours, so dont expect too much. Temporary Download!! Thanks to the author of the X301 for letting me release this. I might have some other fun stargate stuff comming up next week. Have fun PS! you need the Jaffa_pack for this (read the readme file)!

    I converted the X301 to a deathglider for personal use (no time to make one from scratch) But i would need "Honda's" permission to release it and i dont have his e-mail.

    I gotta say i always thought that stargate in OFP could not be done well but you guys pulled it of, the gate is super and shooting down deathglider in the F302 is great One thing i think the F302 needs is more lockable rockets for AA, i converted the X301 addon by honda to a deathglider for the AI and shooting them down is great fun but a little hard when only having 4 rockets Looking forward to the next release BTW any plans for a Teltak?

    Linear Deform and weights

    Hey guys, i'm in the process of making a soldier and having a hard time getting the custom model to animate propperly. So hands and legs dont move in sync, this seems to happen with some models and not others? So whats the deal with linear deform and how to use it propperly. Come on Units makers help me out.

    yeah thanks, i know about the seletions, i thought linear deform was also used for automaticly defining weights to selection. Seems to be very fussy if you overlap some selections.

    Hey guys i'm working on some battletech stuff for lan games and just to see how realistic i could get them in motion and firepower/technologie "Jumpjets" and such. This Maddog class mech is just a prototype and i'm now working on a Uziel type mech. And i remember seeing some work from i think "desert_rat" a while back and was just wondering if anyone released some other battletech stuff or was working om something cool. This could really make some cool sci-fi tank battles

    I cant speak for the other guys, but i'm holding of on my models till Arma is released, its surpose to have full vehicle animations and wil make things a hell of a lot nicer. So about 3 months i would say

    Who can help me out i'm crap with scripts I need a scripts that makes a vehicle move at a set speed so lets say i start moving the vehicle and it moves at 60kph right away (when it moves faster than 1kph) and never goes slower or faster than that until i stop it (1-0kph) I know there are a lot of setspeed scripts out there but nothing to make a vehicle cruise at a single speed. Sorry if the post is a little crappy my keyboard is on the fritz

    It's a small battlemech experiment i wanted to get out before AA, its surpose to move at one speed over almost all terrain or in 2 stages (like first speed 30kph second speed 60kph) This way i wanted to get rid of the 5-10 second startup in wich the vehicle moves very slowly

    To be clear i meant i need a script that detects if the vehicle has started moving and then jumps right to 60kph!! and stays at that speed! But yes you do bring up a good point how can you slow down once the vehicle is at 60kph Had not thought of that

    I gotta say guys your stuff is looking great, are you allready working on an AT-TE and SPHA-T? I'm working on an AT-TE myself and am finding it difficult to keep the polycount low on this sucker I was wondereing is your multiturret script allready implemented on a ground vehicle or only on the Laat, was thinking of making multiturrets on my model but with the use of proxies hope on creating nice body anim is out of the window. Keep it up

    Wel i did it using rotation animations and scripting as stated above, but you could also use heavy setpos scripts or the old animated soldier under a tank body thingie But i went the simple way because i want this addong to work in MP so heavy scripting is kinda out the window. BTW could i get those mechwarrior sounds from you i was wondering where to get some high quality sounds from.

    Tank Weapon recoil

    Does anybody know how i can controle the amount of recoil a tank gets from a main gun (lets say sabot) I have it configured as a "simulation=shotshell;" and cant use shotbullet or shot missile because i cant have any tail smoke behind my missile and setting the initspeed close to 0 makes the bullet (rocket in this case) drop to the ground. I tried the Cfgrecoil and it doesnt seem to work on a tank. Please give me some ideas

    Hmm strange it could be that fraps is ussing its one codec to code the .avi, could be u need to download fraps. I never used it so i have no idea, if more people have this problem i'll try something else.

    Damn fraps is easy to use Its on my home account so it will probably be slow Short clip about 9mb right click and save as. Temp Maddog anim Legs have only one speed now but Uziel will have running and walking speed animations. And maybe a duck anim, I hope. Body just has a small "Jiggle" i found some new ways to animates the upper body and legs so this will be implemented in the Uziel. Let me know what u think.

    Yep its 100% animated using some scripting and normal rotate animations and setobject texture, The legs are animated as the should be but i didnt sink it with the body motions because it is a prototype. Uziel will have full body animations. Ill see if a can get a small video to show what the current anims look like. And btw the island is bas tonal.

    I need to trigger an event after a weapon has fired more than 3 time, but i cant get this script to work.     Nope didnt work, and i did correct this error "">private["_u","_w","_a"];<"" The idea is to just have a script that simulates a reactor overload, so each time a weapon is fired the script adds +1 to the count and when it reaches say "10" the tank explodes or something. I need something that is as basic as it can be.

    Thanks for the tip but it doesnt really get me where i need to go Also does anybody know if it is possible to get dammage from a specific part of a tank, lets say the turret or tracks?
