Ahhh Outcast! still after all these years the best game ever created in my opinion It was a said day when Outcast 2 was cancelled Anyway just keep releasing Stargate content and screw MGM, Never back down from these poeple or they will end up owning your life.

Great idea Dingmatt, thought of doing that myself a while ago. Are you going to be using existing addons or making more "high detail" ones? (the gate is great by the way but things like the deathglider and jaffa really need to be updated) If your going for new content i'd be willing to lend a hand, just pm me if you need some help. -

Does anybody know if the "animPeriod" of an object can be changed by using a script? I'd like to make the selection rotate at a normal speed and by using a script make it rotate faster/slower. Thanks

Here is the updated version of te deathgliders, i changed the pilots to the new jaffa ones. Temporary Download Link wil only be available a short time, because i'm changing providers.

The great thing about that method of modding a cloak is that you can have the outside of the ship cloaked and still be able to view the inside of the ship from outside!!! (when the doors open that is) Great for puddlejumper and Teltak, Made this for a static Teltak a few months back and works great for human players.

Ahh too bad, your work was looking pretty nice. But i dont really agree with the "Noob" remark, it's true there are a lot of stupid questions being asked in this thread because people are having problems with the gate, however as you guys stated it's a beta and there are many bugs still needing "squashing" so offcourse people are going to have problems and asking you for advice on them! Every mature mod-team knows this is a big part of their work and it's just how it is for any mod, not just stargate/sci-fi as most people will tell you on this forum. (seems many freaks think OFP should just be for military addons and no other themes) Dont forget the readme was also incorrect/incomplete causing many people not to get it right the first time! A Shame you guys are stopping your SG modwork, thanks for the effort and good luck on your future projects.

Ok Wow, call me a complete retard but i cant get this gate to work in anyway?! Firstoff dailing the offworld gate is very hard, because the symbols on the dhd are all orderd arround the main powercrystal "Activation button" i find it very hard to see wich symbol i need to push. Shouldn't these be the same way up as on the adress book?? With every script i use i get a message saying the script can not be found so i cant get the ai to dail the gate. so i cant use the tablets either. I also cant get the earth gate to dail from the database, might be because i cant name the gates "abydos" or whatever. Anybody else having this or did i miss something? And yes i am using the 1.2 missions

WOHA!! I think this is the first time you guys shut up since the start of this thread no but really. We addonmakers sometimes forget what it's like not being a modder, like in dingmatts case here, he may not be a huge fan of the series but he probably just cant stand to see an addon incomplete so he does what he can to make it better. Like any good addonmaker would. I'm a huge stargate fan so i can understand that some of you would like an entire game to flow out of this mod, but you need a hell of a lot more work for something like that. So if you want something so bad, learn to make it yourself! best advise i can give you.

Eyes do glow and go out when the guard is killed and yes helmet is animated. Its the original horus from the movie (desert gear) Will probably make jaffa version to.

BTW is the collor of the offworld gate going to be darker in the new release?, the old one is to light for a gate in the outside world.
